Very efficiently organized and accommodating management. Steep stairs are challenging for older travelers but there is one room on ground floor. Lots of local knowledge available from owner. Comfortable double bed in our upstairs room. Very good breakfasts. Accepts bedandbreakfast gift coupons

We stayed at the Fox Hill B&B over Columbus day weekend. The room was beautifully decorated and clean with lots of windows. It was also very spacious. The bed was comfortable and we loved the sitting area. Shelia's breakfasts were delicious. She worked in the restaurant business for many years and knows how to cook! She provided two options for...

This was our second visit here and even better than before thanks to the new owner Sheila Fishman. The rooms are all spruced up with flat screen TV's and furnishings. Her breakfasts were all different with choices over the 5 days we were there and everything was delicious and prepared with care. The blueberry pancakes with crushed walnuts and syrup...

Located just across the Hudson from Hyde Park, an easy fifteen minute drive to the Culinary Institute of America, FDR sites, and the Vanderbilt Mansion, Fox Hill B & B is a lovely home on about three or four acres of exquisitely gardened and landscaped property off a quiet, densely wooded country road. My wife and I stayed in the...

We stayed at Fox Hill with a large group of family and friends. We were hoping for snow, but made do with the Walkway over the Hudson. Sheila was a wonderful hostess, very knowledgeable about the area, things to do etc and a great chef to boot. The rooms were large, clean and nicely done. Can't wait to go back.

My husband and I have stayed at Fox Hill a couple of times and can't wait to go back. One visit was with friends, another was with families. The accommodations are comfortable for a couple or a family. There are plenty of activities from hiking or biking to shopping or sight seeing (not to mention the year 'round hot tub...

My sister, father and I spent four beautiful days here in mid-September when the leaves were just starting to turn. The inn is cozy and inviting, the location couldn't be better and the breakfasts were yummy. Especially enjoyed the proximity to the fabulous 'rails to trails' area where one can ride or walk for miles. Sheila has bikes and helmets...

My fiancee and I stayed a weekend at the B&B in early November 2013. Sheila was a wonderful hostess. Made us a great breakfast and was helpful in suggesting plans. We ended up using her bicycles to ride to Walkway Over the Hudson which was fantastic. The hot tub was also excellent. Highly recommend the B&B.

My daughter and I stayed four nights at this lovely and "chill" spot. The proprietress, Sheila F, was welcoming and helpful-not to mention an awesome breakfast chef. She suggested hikes, points of interest in the area, places to eat and even directed us to a reputable Tattoo Shop in town, as my daughter wanted another ear piercing for her 17th...

My husband and I were on our way home to Boston and had one night to spend in this beautiful area. It was very last minute...I was literally calling from the road with only an hour heads up. We pulled up and Sheila, the owner, came out and was so welcoming even though we dropped in on her so late....
