Our family rented the entire cottage this past weekend. It was a great experience with a beautiful Koi fish pond, frogs, and a magnificent garden. The house is filled with antiques, games and books and enormous amounts of historic artifacts. It could be its own living museum. The best part, however, is Heidi, the owner. She is a virtual treasure... More

Blue Stone Cottage is secluded and relaxing yet is within about 30 minutes of anything you could possibly want to do in the area. Our hostess, Heidi, was super accommodating to our needs. Her breakfasts were special: unique and delicious. We stayed four nights and we highly recommend a stay here.

Tucked away on a quiet country road on the edge of the Catskills, this is the place to go for a deeply restful night's sleep. A charming 1930s-era cottage offers all the essentials to nourish your soul: comfortable rooms, tasteful vintage decor, informal gardens, and fabulous gourmet breakfasts prepared each day. Heidi is a personable and attentive host while also... More

A lovely B&B outside of town, far enough to be a quiet, secluded and very pretty country setting. Our rooms were comfortable & clean, decorated with an artistic, country flair. Make sure you have room for breakfast! Generous, real food, made specially by the owner Heidi, who may regale visitors with stories and info while dining. Her food is as... More

Our stay at Blue Stone Cottage was meant as a simple overnight while attending a family/friend event in High Falls. But it became clear this B&B is a destination in itself, with its charming and eclectic decor, comfortable rooms, and lovely garden. Heidi, our hostess, made us feel at home, providing a delightful and ample breakfast. Clearly we need to... More

My husband and I wanted a special night away in this lovely area full of hiking and we got so much more than the usual B and B here. It has all the charm of an historic house but all the comfort of a modern inn. Heidi is such a gracious host and the breakfast is delicious. Plus with access... More

Blue Stone Cottage Bed and Breakfast can be a destination in itself. A wonderful relaxing atmosphere to just sit back and take it all in. So comfortable, but watch out for Heidi’s baking it’s very addicting along with her great fresh ground coffee at breakfast. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and very comfortable. It’s like being at home. It’s... More

This is our fourth visit to the Blue Stone spending the weekend before the actual holiday. We arrive on Friday, staying for four days ( three nights).. The owner' s Heidi meals are the best. It is a three course meal including fresh ground coffee with several different types of juices. Freshly baked "goodies" and with a different main breakfast... More

We've stayed here several times but it just gets better. The room was spotless, nicely decorated and everything worked right. We stayed in the upstairs room, which was quite spacious with a private bath. Breakfast was wonderful each of the three days. It's always 3 courses and the best advice I can give is go easy on course #1 and... More

I was trying yesterday while I sat in the tranquil garden in back with the flowing water fall and coy fish to write my review but unfortunately I kept getting knocked off the internet so I will definitely put my two cents worth in now ... Ok as in each and every review about this place, this would not be,... More
