Enjoyed our stay last week. Rooms were very clean and spacious, beds were quite comfortable. Temperature in the room was quite cozy upon our arrival. Towels had a pleasant smell to them. Only wished they were a little bit bigger!

The hotel is well kept and we enjoyed our stay. Close to everything- town, the lake, and of course, the wineries. We had a very nice stay and the rates are very reasonable. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Perfectly located at the top of Seneca Lake. Easy drive to Canandaigua, and Waterloo. Nothing Fancy here, however rooms are spotless, property is well maintained, and owners/staff are Wonderful!!! No phones, no ice, no hair dryer, no coffee maker. Not an issue for us. We enjoy parking in front of our room, sitting in the gazebo, and playing bean bags. Close to everything you would need; food, shops, grocery, gas, etc. Only open April-November. There is Wi-fi and air conditioning.

You can't beat the price of this Geneva motel ($68). The next closest Geneva hotel rents for 2x this! The room was large with two full size, comfortable mattresses. The location was very quiet even though it's close to a busy road. We were surprised to find that next to this motel is a private "park" with a picnic table that we used. Very nice touch! The bathroom was clean. Now for the disappointing stuff...My wife and I had hoped to have at least one queen size mattress - two people on a full is Very cramped! The pillows were very thin so we had to stack a few and even that did not provide great comfort. The room appeared clean yet it smelled of Fabreze and we found two different socks in two different locations. So you've got to wonder how clean the room really was. The shower had very erratic pressure (maybe the other occupied rooms were using water at the same time). Others have mentioned wifi at this motel yet if it was there we were unable to access it. Would we stay there again? Definitely, because for the price it's not bad.

Very nice room, extremely clean, and very comfortable King bed, at a very reasonable price. Clark's is a short ride from exit 42 off the NY Stare Thruway. We like supporting the local family owned places, and this place is a great example of the great value you get when you leave the logo behind.

My husband & I travel a lot by car & we purposely seek out the Mom & Pop establishments for their vintage charm, comfortable rooms, & friendly service. Clark's Motel did not disappoint us. Room was spacious & clean, beds were comfortable & the shower worked fine. No..you won't get those little bottles of shampoo, conditioner, or lotion, but for the price of the room, bring your own. You do get a tv & mini refrigerator. If you want a nice clean room to stay in, this is the place. Owners take great pride in their beautiful property. Will return here when we visit the wine country.

All kidding aside, we've stayed here at least 3 times….rates are great…owner/staff are friendly…rooms are HUGE…rooms are immaculately clean...beds are comfortable….plenty of hot water….internet OK…what more can you ask for? This place gives all Mom and Pops a good name! Make sure to visit the gigantic Jade plant in the lobby. There might be an ice maker some place but I couldn't find it. Yes, bring your hair dryer if you normally need one. You can spend 2-3 X as much at one of the chains and get a hair dryer and free shampoo if you are so inclined.

First let me temper this by saying for just a few dollars less you can stay at America's best value down the road which is a complete hole! Nice people, spacious rooms and up dated appliances. The bath towels did not feel like sandpaper and the bed was comfy. The Internet could have been better but all in all a great stay.

My wife and I live within a mile of this motel and drive by it all the time and have always wondered how the rooms were. Now we know, there the best in town for the price. We had to leave our house for a night and the rest of the rooms in Geneva were booked so we ended up here and for $68 a night you can't beat it. Very clean and fairly well updated.

We stayed here in May and were more than concerned about staying since it was a privately owned motel. Our concerns were without cause! The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was beyond reproach! The other hotels should be coming to Clark's Motel to see how a room is suppose to look once cleaned. No dirt in the corners and sludge in the bathroom shower! Only thing I can suggest is making sure you bring your shampoo and blow dryers as there are none in the room.
