We had an amazing time at Cobtree. The cottages were beautiful and fully equipped with fans, a grill, pots and pans, make up mirror, full length mirror, etc. The home was clean. A few light bulbs were out but that was about all that we had an issue with. We needed towels for our pets and the cleaners delivered them a few hours later. The house has an amazing view, we laid out on the front yard on a blanket in the evening and it was just perfect! We can’t wait to go back!

Our purpose for visiting the area was to visit the area pet friendly wineries and chose this property since they were pet friendly as well. Although the 3 bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths was more than the 2 of us needed, we found it to be very cozy and welcoming. Everything was exactly as pictured and the amenities were sufficient. I appreciated the selection of cookware, utensils, and the sugar for the coffee since I forgot to bring some of my own :) .
The hosts were very thorough with providing documents prior to our visit that let us know what to expect with the property and nearby businesses and attractions. We appreciated this and look forward to visiting again, hopefully in the fall when the scenery is beautiful and the dogs are able to run and play.

We stayed in the Seneca Cottage for three nights. Our good experience started when I called about a AAA discount after I already booked our stay. I got an answering machine so I hung up to call back later. Before I could call back, Jane from Cobtree called me! She could see my number on caller ID. She gave me the discount retroactively. Very nice service!

A couple days before we arrived, we got a very detailed email describing the property, what was provided, accessing the keys, etc.

The layout of cottage was very nice, and it was quite clean inside. The kitchen had plenty of utensils, plates, etc. It was very quiet at night. Seneca Cottage has a great view overlooking Seneca Lake.

We had a problem getting the door from the patio locked so I called. A very helpful and friendly person from housekeeping came over later that day and got it fixed for us.

A couple other minor points. There were no washcloths in the cottage. The oven didn’t heat up that well.

Overall, Cobtree a great base of operations to use when visiting the Finger Lakes. The location outside Geneva is very central to the area.

We normally stay in a hotel or perhaps a B&B on vacation, but in the COVID-19 times, this was a great alternative.

We recently stayed for an extended weekend with our dog Leo and friends of ours with a 4-month-old baby. We booked Conesus since it looked like it had the best lake view on the property. We were correct. The view while watching the sunrise with a coffee became our daily ritual. It’s very quiet and a great location in relation to the wineries. We had 4 within just a few minutes of the house. We were also just a short drive away from Geneva. We are partial to Wegman’s and thankfully there’s one in town for all our grocery needs. The cabin itself was well equipped and had more than enough space. Leo had plenty of yard to explore. He spent a lot of his time lounging on the front porch since we could put the provided pet gate up and didn’t have to worry about him getting out.  Our friends hiked the wooded trail every morning and saw some pretty big deer. We didn’t get the chance to use the firepit unfortunately.  I wished I would have brought a telescope. On a clear night the sky was perfect for stargazing. It was a great escape and I look forward to many more stays in the future.

We spent five nights in the Hemlock cabin at Cobtree in September. This was our second time staying here. The cabins are exceptional with a full kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook and serve meals, washer and dryer, lovely decor and view of Seneca Lake. There are walking trails in the woods next to the cabins where we walked with our dogs. It is a wonderful location with easy access to the wineries, hiking trails, restaurants and shopping. We will definitely be back next year.

My son, daughter and I (And spouses and one dog) all decided it was time to get away, and with the Covid thing we wanted to stay close to home. This cabin was an excellent choice because it as not too far away and they allowed dogs.

The cabin was excellent with the amount of space and equipment. The AC was really needed on some nights. The front porch was the spot you would find us during the evening and the yard was good for playing lawn games!

We usually cooked our meals in the kitchen or used the grill and there was plenty of pots, pans and utensils to use. The ice maker in the fridge was a nice plus!

Plenty of places to go nearby (wineries and breweries) with Watkins Glen State Park less than a 1/2 hour away. This park is great to visit and hike!

We stayed in the Owasco cottage with our dogs. It was clean and well furnished. Geneva is a great location for touring the Finger Lakes. We would recommend as a pet friendly vacation home. The cottages/cabins are spaced out with a good amount of ground between them so it was quiet and the sunrise view was really nice.

We spent three nights in the Honeoye cabin. We had a wonderful time. It was a relaxing, peaceful and quiet break from city life. Traffic, noise, neighbors, exhaust -- none of that here! Beautiful scenery, including Seneca lake, which we could see from the upstairs bedroom window!
There's a full kitchen, three bedrooms, 1.5 baths, and a small front room with a small TV. No cable, but that's ok. We connected our laptop to the TV via hdmi cable, and watched Netflix that way. There was a washing machine and dryer too. There are walking trails in the woods behind the cabins which were a fun adventure to explore. Because of covid, we didn't do any wine trails or eat in at any restaurants. We got take out from a few restaurants, and bought groceries at Wegmans. We grilled burgers and steaks on the grill in front of the cabin, which was a real treat. And the water worked wonders on my skin! No hard water here. We'll be back!

Everything was very clean and perfect. The location was beautiful and well maintained. The check in process was easy and the host provided a lot of information prior to arrival so that we could be prepared with what was needed and what was supplied. Very nice cabin!

Fantastic property and area. Views and grounds were scenic and comfortable. Cleanliness of the cottage was poor as there was dust and hair on the floors and toilets weren’t clean. Maintenance on the screen door was offered but never performed. Overall we enjoyed our time and will stay at Cobtree again and look forward to another fun weekend.
