Greeted by one of the owners, we felt immediately at home. The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was great. The location in Geneva is excellent and it's only minutes from the wineries on the west side of Seneca Lake. It's an excellent place to stay.

We had a wonderful time at William Smith Inn. The rooms were clean and super spacious which was nice to come to after staying in NYC. The breakfasts each morning were delicious and Theresa was able to work with our dietary requirements easily with no hassle. We were given some wonderful food suggestions and had some lovely conversations with Theresa...

I'm not sure what I can add to the previous reviews, except to agree with them all! We felt like friends from the moment we walked in. The inn is cozy and comfortable. There is a butler's pantry with a fridge at your disposal if you want some tea or coffee. We spent time relaxing by the fireplace. Theresa has...

The Inn is charming, historic and very welcoming. It is tastefully decorated and the rooms are spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the whole house is very clean and well maintained. Although located on the main street just outside of town, it was exceptionally quiet during the night making for a very restful sleep. The owner is one of...

We stayed during our daughter's orientation at Hobart William Smith. The home was owned by the founder of William Smith and is rich in history. The property is well maintained, charming and very quiet, something we appreciate! The owner, Teresa, is warm and welcoming!

Theresa and Dave are great B&B Innkeepers. They provide excellent hospitality with out over doing it. As a rule, I am not a big fan of B&Bs because of the lack of "space" provided by the proprietors to their guests. I always felt uneasy about needing to be "social" at B&Bs when not in the mood for it. I guess...

The William Smith is an extraordinary charming and cozy B&B. The rooms are remarkably spacious and tastefully equipped. My daughter immediately felt like a princess when she saw our room. Even our bathroom was spacious and nicely furnished. Needless to say that all rooms are very clean. Theresa, the innkeeper, is very helpful. She helps you with many suggestions that...

A beautiful inn managed by Theresa an amazing host. The inn is an architectural beauty that is spotlessly clean and welcoming. My wife is gluten free and Theresa , in addition to her regular breakfasts , made wonderful gluten free choices the two nights we spent there. If you visit Geneva , this is the place to stay

This historic Inn is graced with an amazing innkeeper! The advanced information she provided, allowed us to plan for a perfect Finger Lakes getaway. She was there when we needed her, and not when we wanted to be alone. Our room was neat, clean and comfortable. A separate guest kitchen provided wine glasses, plates for our afternoon snack and a...

Our family of 5 stayed for two nights. The house is wonderful, like a throwback in time to grander age. Huge rooms, beautiful bathrooms. The owners are friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend staying here for college visits. It's quiet, relaxed and great location.
