Our daughter attends SUNY Fredonia and we stayed here one weekend when visiting her. We were very pleased with our accommodations and with the delicious breakfast offered. Dale and Andrea are terrific hosts. We would stay here again, rather than the hotels in town. Much more comfortable, clean and homey. Plus, they allow kids and we had our 10-year-old son...

We arrived in the evening after nine hours on the road and left after breakfast, so we didn't have time to explore the grounds with the lawn leading down to the creek, and barely time to sniff the sweet phlox on the north side of the house. It's a fantastic piece of architecture with a splendid marble fireplace; even the...

The days at Brookside were marvelous. Dale and Andrea were very pleasant and helpful about activities in the area. The house was clean and fascinating to experience. Finally, the breakfasts were elegant and outstanding! This place deserves repeated visits.

Economics and a homey feel attracted me to Brookside Manor, since I needed a full week of accommodations. After the usual mid range hotel destinations, there was a bit of adjustment to the miscellaneous array of paperwork and toiletries in the room, seemingly left behind by previous guests. Some of the more aged items decorating the room made it feel...

Great great stay. Andrea and Dale are very warm inn keepers. They are a wealth of information on Niagara Falls. We took their recommendations and we truly enjoyed our scenic route and the convince of it. I recommend this B&B highly. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very yummy!! Very reasonably priced.

Attending the spring wine tour along Lake Erie, we always stay at the White Inn in Fredonia. Unfortunately when we arrived we found that our reservation was off by one day and the inn was full. The wonderful front desk staff apologized (for our mistake) and went about finding us a place to stay on this very busy weekend. To...

This was my first visit to the Brookside and won't be my last. When calling for a one-night reservation to see my son perform at school during homecoming weekend where a 2 night stay is usually required, Andrea was able to not only accommodate me but also offered an early check in since I was flying into the area early...

While preparing for a short visit with my daughter at school in SUNY Fredonia my wife came upon the Brookside Manor. We had previously stayed at one of the chain hotels in town but decided to give the Brookside a chance. I am so glad we did. The proprietors were very friendly and engaging. The room was beautiful, comfortable and...

brookside manor is a beautiful nook of olden days tucked in the middle of quiet Fredonia, a lovely retreat from our busier days. This beautiful Victorian house of bricks, laces and delicate flowery teacups is a lovely stop, a much enjoyed reprieve from our busy days in the modern world. The house is lovingly decorated in comfort and charms, in...

I just spent several days at Brookside with my two small dogs and loved every second of it. Many people have written about how warm and inviting the hosts, Andrea and Dale, are, and how good the food is. It's all true. It is also difficult to find a B&B that is pet and child friendly. I love traveling with...
