No frills hotel. The room was spacious and clean with fridge and microwave. Beds were comfortable, and the location was in walking distance of a good restaurant and near antique mall and other attractions. We'll stay here again.

A great place to stay! Large room, clean, two double beds, fridge, microwave, coffee maker. Plenty of light, desk, chair, dressing, hangars. Nice size bathroom with one grab bar to get in and out of tub. The tub could use a bath mat because it's a little slippery, and another grab bar would be great. Courteous front desk staff. Excellent housekeeping. Next door diner is excellent. Finger Lakes Gaming is just down the road, and has a wonderful buffet. And this hotel is near many area attractions. We'll stay here again next time we're in the area.

Very very friendly office staff!! We arrived just after 8 a.m. after driving all night and were still able to get a room at no extra charge. Room was very spacious and not cramped at all. Right next door to a nice diner for breakfast and convenient location.

I had driven most of the night and every other hotel I tried was booked. And it was already four in the morning. The room was big and the bed was clean. But they wouldn’t honor the online price or give a AAA discount, despite the fact that there’s a large AAA sign outside the hotel. (The room was listed on trip advisor as $70 per night but I was charged their “weekend rate” of $110. Plus $15 for my dog, plus taxes, and suddenly the room cost $138—almost double what I had hoped to pay for just a few hours’ sleep!) Oh, and no breakfast included. But the worst part was the smugness with which they took my money. I would’ve rather slept in my car.

Perfect for travelers minding their budget, but looking for safe, clean rooms. Many are recently updated. Hotel owners are on site and are attentive to guests needs. Will stay again on next trip to/from MI.

We're visiting relatives in 30 mile radius & this motel is reasonable, $79 King, w/AAA, just south exit from Tollroad 90, intersection 332 & 96, walking distance to two excellent restaurants, short drive to horse Racetrack & Casino, Finger lakes area, downtown Canandaigua, tourist area, etc., wonderful friendly management, and quiet when u need it at night. More adult-older drive-up-to-your clean room with new carpet & furniture, HOT showers type of motel. Well be back next year.

They would not honor the rate posted on line when I showed it to them. They said it was not correct!!! The room was not very clean, the heat did not work properly, no fridge or microwave. Cleaning staff came into room to clean (male) was I was in the shower (very early 8:30ish) REALLY!!! i covered with a towel to see who was in the room. My boyfriend was out getting us breakfast & was furious when he returned!! Creepy!!! Overpriced for sure with nothing to offer including food or snacks.

Single story motel, quaint, comfortable, quite, clean, and cheaper than the other options. Would stay again if passing through. Affordable. Seems like amenities updated and pics online are old. I stayed in a back room with a king bed. Good night's rest and warm hot shower with a clean bathroom. Family owned mom-and-pop kind of place.

As my husband and I were still in bed this morning (at 9:30 am) there was a knock on our door. Before my husband could get up and to the door, our door was open. Thankfully we had the chain on. When we checked out, I verified that checkout was at 11 am and asked the property's process for letting cleaning staff know when a room was vacant and ready to be cleaned. The answer was if there is no car outside the door and the key had been turned in. I said, well, here's our key and our car was parked right outside the door. Oh, I'm sorry was the reaction. No compensation offered. I will say the room was large and clean but I feel still a bit expensive as there are no extras. No breakfast. When I was halfway through my shower this morning the water decreased significantly and I finished my shower in a small stream of water. I wouldn't waste my money here again. I would rather pay a little more and have a nicer setting with more privacy.…

Was happy that I found a hotel near my moms that was so cheap. Then I actually got there. At first I rang the bell at the front desk...For 10 minutes. Then I started opening and closing the front door to set the alarm off...For another 10 minutes. THEN, I called the front desk over and over and over again...FOR 10 MINUTES. I just started yelling hello, until I got bored and sat on the floor. A few minutes later, a young guy (probably the owners son) comes out of the back, and says "you here to check in?" I then say "I've been here for 35 minutes waiting to get checked in! I've been on the road all day!" He says "oh sorry, I fell asleep in the back" Are you KIDDING me? No apology or offered discount. I know this place was inexpensive, but if you're gonna run a business make sure it's run by your kid who's already had his nap.…
