normally airport hotels are the worst of the trip but this one was a nice surprise. The staff were really helpful and engaged and the hotel itself was in very good condition. Room and the bed was really comfortable and not much noise from the rest of the hotel

Wrote this review before, but apparently it wasn't approved.I'll keep this short: my flight was delayed 5 times then finally cancelled, so La Guardia Airport staff booked the group I befriended rooms at the LaGuardia Inn. We stood and listened while the airport rep confimed the booking and sent a shuttle to pick us up. When we arrived to check...

The hotel rooms were okay, but a little bit dark. The breakfast was decent for a continental. I will probably try a different hotel next time though. I did not like that you had to pay for parking and it was not a secure parking lot. Please update the rooms for future reference. Staff was courteous and polite. No real...

This hotel offers a very convenient location to LaGuardia airport. Other than that, there isn't much positive to say. The hotel is old, the rooms are basic and ours smelled of stale smoke although it was a non smoking room. If you arrive at the hotel in the evening and want dinner, you need to either go out or rely...

I was just happy to have been able to book a room after the storm Sandy hit New York. I was on a business trip and my first choice hotel was canceled. La Guardia Inn did accommodate myself and my team as much as possible. The hotel overall was average, nothing fancy but the amenities were just enough. Continental breakfast...

The lobby was very nice and the staff extremely helpful. They arranged for a car service to take us to the pier the following morning to board our cruise ship. We were pleasantly surprised that the fare was only $35 for the approximate 40 minute ride. The room, however, was just so-so. The carpet needed to be re-stretched, and the...

Pros: room available after flight canceled, walked from the LGA airport (about 7-8 minutes), has shuttle if desired. Cons: forgetful wait staff in restaurant, non-existent housekeeping service (asked front desk for extra blanket twice but no one ever brought one!), few power outlets in the room and the ones that do exist are inconveniently placed, AT&T wifi is free and...

Made a change from the usual stay in New York City and was pleasantly surprised with the very warm welcome and customer service driven operation at hotel. Forget having to pay twice the price for less - Will be back ASAP and refer to friends, family and business community! Service at this hotel I believe is what made New York...

We have been stopping here for several years, even before when it was a Wyndham property. We usually stay 3-5days at a stretch. It is still the same, reliable place to stay. Nothing exciting, but the beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean and quiet, which is suprising this close to the airport. The staff is, and always has...
