Location is excellent. It is an old hotel and the shower was small but the price was right. The linens were very soft and of good quality. Staff not very attentive but we are not the needy type and are resourceful. Complimentary breakfast served its purpose to get the day started. Good deal especially during induction week.

We were planning a visit to Cooperstown to go to the national baseball hall of fame. While looking for hotels, I found this one which is literally a block away and we were wanting to stay someplace older. The rooms need to be updated, but were very comfortable. If you want something more modern, it may not be the right...

Nice, comfortable and very convenient place to stay. Old charm and decor but a true sense of safety and home. On the flip side, mattresses need to be replaced and decor updated. Wasn't too fond of parking in the funeral home parking lot but I did find the city to be super safe at all hours of the day and...

The only positive to take from our stay is that the place was as clean as they could make it for a place that has not been updated in decades. Even the "free" breakfast.. was kind of disgusting and vintage... right down to the black fruit. Not sure which was older, the fruit, the carpets, or the mattress. The positive...

Tunnicliff Inn very quaint. Staff was very friendly. Inn needs refreshing a little. Pillows were limp and lumpy. Breakfast area also needs spruced up, to make it more inviting. Breakfast wasn't ready until 8:30. Too late for us.

Friendly staff. Nice clean room on second floor. Quite. Moderate price. Parking was at a premium. Breakfast was good. The Pit,restaurant ,in basement had excellent pull pork sandwich. No elevator. On side street but within walking distance of Hall of Fame.

The best thing about it is the location. Walking distance to everything, including the HOF. Even though it was a small room it had a king size bed. The problem is, it was on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. Fortunately we had small bags and they helped us up with them. Being as old as it is...

Awesome place. Clean rooms. Historical place with modern conveniences. Great food in underground restaurant. Downtown close to all interesting places and shopping. Free breakfast was served each morning. Went to watch our grandson play baseball. We had a wonderful time at a great place. Would stay there again.

Interesting quirky, very quirky hotel. The building is a charming 200+ year old structure, there may not be a level anything anywhere in the place. This however adds to the charm, you can feel the history when you stay there. It's in a hard to beat location, steps to the HOF, restaurants, shops etc...

Historic hotel with a great location. Walking distance to the Baseball Hall of Fame and restaurants. Quaint with a nice but small breakfast buffet. The room was nice and clean. The top stair of each flight could use some work. We had to be careful not to trip. This is not the place to stay if you have mobility issues.
