This was a wonderful charming place to stay while visiting Cooperstown. Our family enjoyed them and their hospitality. Very relaxing peaceful environment. We highly recommend this to anyone. Thanks very much John and Suzanne for the welcoming visit.

This is a really wonderful B & B where the hosts are so wonderful and make you feel right at home. The home was built in the late 1880's and is just beautiful. The breakfast was wonderful and served on the patio which was surrounded by beautiful flowers!Fresh flowers are in the bathroom too!

The Baseball B&B is a jewel as are its owners Suzanne and John! The setting is peaceful, complete with a wraparound porch and rocking chairs that offer a view of a profusion of colorful flowers and majestic trees. The interior is charming, and it definitely lives up to its name with all types of baseball memorabilia. Breakfast is outstanding, from...

Joan and Mark B My wife and I had made previous arrangements elsewhere which proved to be most unsatisfactory. Unfamiliar with the area and unable to find any accommodations, we were referred to Suzanne and John's. We arrived somewhat frazzled around 11:30 pm, greeted with open arms, and immediately ushered into our most comfortable room. Our planned one night's stay...

We stayed here for two nights at the end of May. This was my (the husband) second time staying here and the first for my wife. When we knew we were going to be in Cooperstown I remembered how wonderful a place this was and was glad to be able to stay there again. Suzanne and John are gracious hosts,...

We chose this B&B for our trip to Cooperstown and the Baseball Hall of Fame based on other positive reviews. We loved the look of the bright yellow house! The home is beautifully decorated with hundreds of pieces of baseball memorabilia, and the owners live and breathe baseball. We stayed in the Ty Cobb room, which was lovely and clean...

I took my father and son to Cooperstown and stayed here at the Baseball B and B. The hosts were a wonderful pleasant couple. John engaged in great baseball conversation over breakfast with us and the other guests. We are Yankee fans and the other guests were Red Sox fans. We talked about the history of the rivalry and the...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Located in the heart of Cooperstown, Baseball Bed and Breakfast can be easily found at the 1883 Italianate "sunny yellow house with white trim" on Chestnut Street. The 2/3-acre property has a lush green lawn in the rear (suitable for a game of catch) and a deck rimming the rear of the house where breakfast is served (weather permitting) and guests can sit on rockers to spend some quiet time reading or simply enjoying the scenery before they leave for the Glimmerglass Festival or other attractions in Cooperstown. Inside, the house is decorated with baseball memorabilia (except the music room, where the Hostess, Suzanne Rudy, can be found playing her harp at times during the day and early evening). Each of the bedrooms has air conditioning and a private bath, and is appointed in honor of one of the original five inductees to the Hall of Fame: Cobb, Ruth, Mathewson, Johnson and Wagner. ... more   less
