Got a good deal on this place, so we decided to check it out in Winter. Very cold and icy, so you really couldn't enjoy what it and the town has to offer. This is an Inn and not really a B&B. the rooms are Inn rooms, not really small but not spacious, though the balcony was nice. The common...

The Hudson House has the best location for any overnight accommodations on the Hudson River, and is located in a peaceful part of an historic town. Built in 1832, it has lots of charm and atmosphere from the rooms that appear to have been unchanged for decades, with many having balconies facing the river or the quiet Main Street. The...

We got a discount package, and then a room upgrade, too. Not cheap, but not crazy expensive either. All thanks to coming during one of the slowest weeks of the year. The wireless was OK, the bed comfortable though not king, the water pressure good. Breakfast, always included, was excellent. We also got one dinner included off the price fixe...

Cold Springs is a charming, quaint little town hugging the Hudson River. The hotel has excellent views and the public rooms on the main floor are quite lovely. The staff was friendly and polite. The breakfast was simple, but it was cooked perfectly: over medium eggs with just enough runny yolk and slightly brown around the edges, crisp bacon, eveninly...

No complaints... great room, great service... great breakfast. Very quiet and clean hotel, located on the waterfront with great views of the Hudson... Can't wait to go back next year to celebrate our anniversary! Highly recommended, especially for couples.

Visiting NYC for a week, my sister and I were taken to Cold Springs for a day trip by friends. What can I say about Hudson House.....we were welcomed by the staff and had a wonderful lunch made all that bit special by the pop ups served with strawberry whipped butter....absolutely divine. All the meals were generous portions and very tasty....

My fiance and I wanted a little weekend getaway for his birthday so we chose to relax, eat, drink, and celebrate peacefully at the Hudson House Inn. The rooms were pretty much what we expected for a 175 year old Inn but Room #6 was very clean and well kept. The Main Street terrace was very small but it had...

My wife and I visited Hudson House in February for a winter weekend getaway. Fantastic service, lovely room and a comfortable bed with a great view of Main Street and the Hudson - ice on the river and a morning sunrise view. Susan and Mina were very knowledgeable of the area - recommended some great hikes and top notch local...

This was an anniversary weekend. We love Cold Spring off season. This was our first time staying overnight. The staff was very friendly and are very hospitality aware. I mentioned a bad nights sleep because of high winds and a nearby flag pole clanging all night and the staff made an adjustment on our bill without our asking them to...
