The Inn is charming, steeped in Scottish lore and decor and just delightful! We arrived late afternoon with time to have a cup of tea and relax by the fire in the living room before heading downstairs for a most delicious dinner. Our room was so restful with its comfortable canopy bed, flickering fire, and antique furnishings. I'd enjoyed the...

We've stayed at Brae Loch before and keep going back. It's a lovely place. Rooms are well appointed and comfortable and the dinner was most enjoyable. The roaring fire in the sitting room was most welcome. We plan to go back again next year,

Loved this place. Rooms were nice sized, clean and very cute. Loved the fact that each room what different. They had nice baked goods in the morning. the lake was right across the street - I'm sure it's beautiful there in the summer months. I wished we had made it to the pub downstairs. The only downfall that we noticed...

Stayed at this great Inn, located in Cazenovia NY. This is a perfect getaway spot with some interesting history. Now let's be clear here, if you want the same old cookie cutter hotel motel, clean, comfortable, affordable with the appropriate amenities for the price... dont stay at Brae Loch. However if you are looking for something quite different, with character,...

We were there on the last weekend where Santa was visiting 12/17/16. My Granddaughter and I had the "I'm not sure Santa exists" conversation. Santa was spot on with knowing all about her and her life and her faith was once again restored. Thanks Santa, you did a great job.

Our family has stayed at the Brae Loch for 4 or 5 weekends over the years, and each stay has been a delight. The inn (be sure to book your room in the older section) and the tavern burst with history, detail, warmth, and Scottish pride. That said, the Brae Loch isn't the Hyatt Regency -- the plumbing and heating...

We love the Brae Loch! We stayed here the weekend of October 8th, which was our wedding day weekend. We got married at Skyline Lodge. Our room had a Jacuzzi which we enjoyed. ;) The Inn is a bit older, but we had no problems with the shower working, the running water, or any of that. We enjoyed TV during...

Greatly enjoyed our recent stay here. Started with a welcoming check in, and an offer of a sherry or scotch ( yes checked in after 5!) Room spacious and comfortable. The focus is charm and character, this is not a " box hotel" in any way! Dinner and drinks in the pub were great, very good musician made it an...

A lovely place to get away to! Staff was very friendly and helpful. We purchased a get-away package that included dinner and the food was wonderful. Our room was beautiful, warm and comfortable and the fireplace made it even more so. A very relaxing time in the most pleasant surroundings!

We spent a family weekend here for Christmas last week, and it was magical. My brothers and sisters and our spouses have been to Brae Loch twice just the past year alone. It is the coziest and most wonderful place in all of upstate New York. We are all so in love with it that my sister decided to have...
