The linens are old. the rooms are dated the breakfast are coffee juice and a pieces of fruit or little something. It is meant to get you started...

Began staying at Graziano's a little over a year ago. Was a nice, quiet, and friendly little place. When I got my business license, I began staying there 2 to 3 weekends per month and was given a discount for being a loyal customer. That was great, don't get me wrong. Here is my dilemma with the place. There was...

Worked in the Vernon area for six months and stayed at Graziano's. Couldn't have asked for nicer staff. Made me feel like I was part of their family. Room was clean, felt secure due to one entrance and staff on 24 hrs, quiet atmosphere and it was very reasonably priced. An added plus was the restaurant with great food. Plan...

Stayed one night the first week of August, 2013. Reason: biking the Erie Canalway with 4 other couples. YES, it was convenient to the trail, but after seeing and smelling the room, we should have biked on. Old, worn, stale smoke or WHATEVER odor upon opening the door. The limited continental breakfast was an ancient roll /pastry in a plastic...

I stayed for 2 nights recently and was very pleased with all aspects of the hotel. Foremost was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Also, the place was clean. And it was quiet and safe being that the only entrance to the building is at the lobby where the front desk was, and the corridors are indoors. The only...

A couple of weeks ago, my husband and I were passing through upstate NY on our way to a family reunion in Maine. We checked in to a Days Inn and went out to find some supper. We settled on Grazianos restaurant and enjoyed the experience. They shamed us for not staying at their inn when they heard that our...

Pros: -very friendly staff -cheaper than other hotels in the area -easy to find, near highway Cons: -housekeeping -night stand had not been cleaned off -pulled mattress away from wall and noticed what seemed to be years of hair that had collected on the box spring -the mattresses were the thinnest I've ever seen in any motel/hotel I've stayed. I...

This was a convenient location on a recent trip. We stopped for the night. The inn is clean but it is out of date. Tired decor. Deluxe queen sure looked like a full size to me and nothing special about the linens expect old. Free breakfast is coffee and packets of cookies. But the place was inexpensive and quiet. Most...

We stayed at Graziano's for three nights while biking the Old Erie Canal. Our room was large, clean and much less expensive than other hotels in the area, the staff was friendly and the food at the restaurant was delicious. We would definitely return when in the area again.
