We stopped here on our way to New England shortly after New Year's. Our hosts were welcoming and very helpful. They helped us figure out where to eat dinner (lovely). But the breakfast was truly exceptional. We had a 3-course, home-made breakfast that sent us on our way satisfied. And the plus is we did finish the puzzle!

This was our fourth year spending our summer vacation in the Canandaigua, New York area, and we always stay at 'the OP'. You can read other reviews for the raves about the healthy yet filling breakfasts, or about the warmth and charm of this historic house, but we want you to know what really sets Lynne & Bill apart as...

The Bed & Breakfast at Oliver Phelps is a charming inn within comfortable walking distance of the center of Canandaigua. The property owners are kind and helpful in every possible way! They serve amazing breakfasts--you'll savor every bite.

We stopped here on our last night on the road after dropping our son off at college. After two nights in a lovely B&B with dreadful food, this place seemed like paradise. (Actually, it would have seemed like paradise even without the bad food experience at the previous place). Lynne and Bill were very gracious and their home was not...

My husband and I rarely stay in B&Bs and it was our visit to Canandaigua and I'm telling you, this will not be our last. The 5 bedroom B&B was exactly what we envisioned a B&B. The breakfast cooked by Lynne was absolutely perfect - a three course meal that didn't disappoint at all. There was almost too much food...

We booked a room at this Amazing Bed & Breakfast for my husband's birthday weekend. We have stayed at other bed and breakfasts that were nice. Oliver Phelps is beyond the best that we have ever stayed at. The home was beautiful and the rooms were too. Bill and Lynne are the most warm and welcoming people. They were given...

Four of us chose this B&B to stay over Memorial Weekend - to celebrate my friends 50th. Bill and Lynne were so helpful in helping us plan all the details of our visit! The accommodations and hospitality were phenomenal. Bill and Lynne are amazing hosts- always greeting you and making sure you have everything you need - Lynne is an...

Returned for my 2nd visit. I was sad to leave. Lynne and bill are so lovely. The house is spotless. In a great location. They are committed to the community. Use as much local product as possible for the awesome breakfasts. I spent six nights last year and again this year. Ask for a recommendation and they have great ideas....

I returned to the Oliver Phelps B&B for a fourth time. Lynne and Bill are always gracious hosts. The three course breakfast was delicious, made with food products from local farmers. There is always iced tea and a sweet treat in the afternoon. I stayed in the room, Elizabeth's Retreat. It was very clean, comfortable, bright, and cheery as are...

This was a perfect getaway for my mom and I. The distance to town/shops and the lake was walkable and much cozier than Geneva on Seneca Lake is. There are even commercialized shops like Starbucks really close by too. You have it all in the "Chosen Spot". I would go back to the Oliver Phelps in a heartbeat! The hosts,...
