Hands down, The most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. Like sleeping on an ironing board. Run down and overpriced. Next to an active train track. No clock, no phone, no hair dryer. $86.40 end of Sept. One other car in the parking lot arrived after us. We should have known better but we were tired. One crappie hard...

Motel is clean and personnel are pleasant/friendly. Stayed for two nights and was more than satisfied with my visit. You must be aware that although you may be staying in the Berkshires this motel is very affordable and not the high end properties of the area. So for a clean comfortable price you get a clean comfortable place to stay....

Stay far away from this place. Would give negative rating if at all possible. Cops are regularly called to this motel. The only possible thing it has going for it is location with it being between new york and boston.

We stayed here one night and did not expect much. It was close to Tanglewood and our son's camp and was overpriced accordingly. But to our surprise, it was not that bad -- in fact, it was quite nice. It was very clean, beds were comfortable, there was a TV, good A/C, free wi-fi, a small refrigerator and a microwave....

My stay was not a horrible experience. I've stayed in worse. That being said, most hotels in the area are more than double the price that they should be and this one is almost triple. I would not stay more than one night and only if you neat a less expensive place to stay. I probably wouldn't stay here again....

Let me sum it up this way - if every room in the Berkshire area is booked and you have a choice between sleeping in your car or the last room at the Berkshire Travel Lodge in Canaan, NY - sleep in your car. Carpet was filthy, bedspread stained, sheets barely on the bed, bathroom disgusting - held together by...

The travel lodge was clean, the staff friendly, and the view spectacular. Easy on/off to I90, and about 15 minutes to Tanglewood. There is an all night truck stop just down the road for those late night last minute items (or food - a Dunkin Donuts and a Subway). The only negative was an extremely musty smell in the room...

We were travelling late at night and noticed the motel sign from the highway. We stopped and I really felt like we were inconveniencing the person at the desk. They do not accept any kind of discount, seniors, AAA or military. We were not told there was breakfast available and really there is nothing in the area as far as...

We were tired of driving all day so we decided to find a place to stay. This is located right off the highway so we didn't spend much time finding a motel. The staff was friendly and our room had no "odor" other people are talking about. The room met our needs and we were happy. I recommend this motel...

We wouldn't have booked this room had we read the reviews; but we needed to secure a room for later arrival, and it looked nice on the outside. The room positively reeked--we hadn't asked for smoke-free and I'm not even sure that was the odor, but it was awful. We left the door open for a while and felt we...
