My husband, 10-year old daughter and I traveled to upstate NY for a family reunion. After a very long day of flights and driving, and stopping quick to see family in the area, Christine welcomed us into her beautiful home. Located at the end of a private, quiet drive sits this historic, immaculate home. We booked both rooms for the...

This is a lovely large home and our spacious guest suite was very nicely arranged with a modern large bathroom. Christine is eager to do everything she can to make our stay enjoyable and she is a most agreeable host. We wanted our rooms made up daily and all we had to do was ask. The dining room for breakfast...

We loved our stay at the Finch Guest House. It’s lovely from the entrance down the tree lined street to the elegant historic house (inside and out) and including the wonderful gardens and pool. Christine thought of everything in providing amenities and was a very gracious hostess. We enjoyed learning about the house’s history and swimming in the pool. Eating...

My husband and I had a wedding in the area. Christine welcomed us into her home and immediately we felt comfortable and relaxed after a long day of driving. Our room was beautiful and was well stocked for any situation that we could find ourselves in. Her home was lovely and clean. There were so many spaces within the house...

My husband and I are newly weds and wanted to get away for a long weekend. We are avid Adirondack Mtn. hikers but also have never visited Saratoga Springs before so we thought this place would be a perfect midpoint location. When we arrived at the house; the driveway was tucked away but easy to find with labeled parking out...

We recently stayed here during the first night of our first "Fall Foliage" tour. Christine was a terrific host. Her home was lovely and the grounds were beautiful. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable and breakfast was ample. Our stay was a great way to start our vacation. Kudos Christine!

The room was clean, spacious, relaxing and very comfortable. The continental breakfast consisted of hot and cold cereal, fresh fruit, toast, tea, coffee, milk, juice and danish. This was all presented in her formal dining room! The entrance to the early 1900 guess house is a long tree lined driveway. You then approach a circular driveway in front a beautiful...

Saratoga Springs in the six-week racing season (ending Labour Day weekend) is the place to be - a town just thriving with activity - and the races themselves, a great social event for everyone no matter age or income. The town itself is breathtaking with many beautifully restored domestic and commercial buildings. The downside is the cost of accommodation. We,...

Nestled in among beautiful trees in a quiet place off of Rte 29, The Finch Guest House is an amazing place to stay. The property, rich in history, is gorgeous both inside and out, and my husband and I wished we'd had more than just a weekend to enjoy it. The in-ground pool is perfect for warm summer days. The...
