Nice location, carpets can be cleaner. room gives a very gloomy feeling. breakfast can be improved. Checkin was very smooth. Checkout was seamless. Stayed here 2 years back. General appearance and breakfast has kind of deteriorated since.
It’s just dirty, grimy, inconvenient. Charged $25 cleaning fee for a clean 20-pound dog. Why? I washed my dogs feet after I left, it was that dirty. No clean or safe place to walk a dog. No nearby food except for a convenience store.
Stopped there for 1 night on a road trip with husband and 3 kids. For the price I paid, I believe it was great. Clean enough, quiet, decent space and bathroom, hot water, nice staff. Breakfast was just some muffins, oatmeal and cereal bars but can't complain since I wasn't expecting much other than a nice rest.
We have a daughter and her family that live in Clay [near Brewerton.] We have stayed at the Days Inn many times and are happy to return there. [My daughter's family live in a small home.] It is NOT a luxury accommodation, but it ranks at the top on all of the scales by which we rate an overnight accommodation.
This is my second stay here and I'm sorry that I gave them another chance. My room was not made up last time, no sheets on the bed. They put me in another room that had no heat and I froze all night. The fitness center was closed. There is no breakfast. This stay I am in a very run down room. It has no refrigerator or microwave as noted on their website. The entire hotel is run down. I will not stay here again.
The room was fair. There were some minor cleanliness issues on non-contact surfaces and some basic maintenance that needed to be done, but for the excellent price, it was fair. Everything in the room worked: heating/air conditioning, television, lamps, telephone, hair dryer, coffee maker – I did not try the iron (There was also an ironing board). No refrigerator or microwave in the room I was in but there is a microwave in the lobby that can be used. Also, they do have a “business center” in their lobby which consisted of two computers and a printer which could come in handy if needed. Things you should expect: The fitness center is closed still due to Covid according to the sign; the vending machine has almost no items in it which appears to be a long-term issue; the breakfast is packaged muffins and packets of flavored oatmeal along with coffee and juice. I give the front desk staff five stars. All were friendly, efficient and kind. Overall, I would stay there again (once their fitness center is open again.)…
The staff are great but the company that owns the hotel wont put out the money to fix any problems with the furnishings or the maintenance issues. Great location, but needs a Major rehab and updating.
The check-in was easy. The room was very clean. The bed was really comfortable with lots of pillows. I didn't stay for breakfast, but there wasn't much to eat. I had stayed once before and I would do so again on future trips to Tennessee.
Very racist and rude staff! Not very clean. Hardly any breakfast or amenities. French fry and used ear swab under night stand. Called the hotel and left a message for the manager and never got a call back!
The hotel is outdated. Dirty other travellers snorting Coccain in the parking lot directly below our room. Pretty rough area. Won't return to this hotel it was not good. My wife didn't even sleep she was very nervous staying there.
