A beautifully situated nine tent camp overlooking a lagoon on the Okavango Delta. The tents are luxuriously appointed, very comfortable and spacious. We had tent three which is a family unit with attached twin bedded room. There is a plentiful supply of immediate hot water with toiletries supplied. The shower is in a large attached enclosure open to the stars,...

We had done water based safaris at a previous camp we stayex at so opted just to do game drives. We weren't disappointed. Our guide LT was friendly, polite and respectful and showed us how to read the animal tracks as well as telling us about the animals and environment. Seeing a leopard was a highlight but we also saw...

The staff is very friendly and well mannered. The managers Andy and Phoebe made sure guests were happy and comfortable. The tents are in top notch condition and they provide essential stuff like insect repellent and laundry service free of charge. The meals were well prepared and delicious, guests dine together. The game drives were average, we didn't see any...

I had been to the Delta a few times 20 years ago (at 3 different camps) when white entrepreneurs were the face of a safari, with subservient local black people being "back of house". This time was different--- so different. The camp was run by totally committed, brilliantly in touch, educated Tswanas, who, whilst showing us the greatest wildlife, gave...

Camp Pom Pom was unbelievably wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us like royalty. The facilities and tents (it's hard for me to refer to the accommodations as a "tent" because they were so huge and luxuriously appointed better than many 5 star hotel rooms I've been in, that it seems anathema to call them a "tent.")...

Nice guides, some poor drivers The food was good for breakfast and lunch, but often poor for dinner where there was less food and fatty meats. The tents are raised on platforms and often hippos are heard around the tents at night. - you need a guide escort to your room. The mokoro canoe rides on the clear waters were...

We were fortunate to have the honeymoon tent (#9) with an outdoor bath. Very lovely! This tent is however a little way away from the main lodge so if you are worried about being isolated, then ask for a tent closer. The activities include mokoro rides and games drives. Lions, leopard, elephants, kudu, impala, wildebeest, hippos, zebra, red lechwe, tsessbe,...

Our tour to the Okavango Delta was arranged by a travel agent. It was a very beautiful place but our memory of the beauty is tinged by a tragic situation that occurred while we were on our visit. Part of the program on offer is to go on a traditional boat ride on canoes. Two people or more people are...

We stayed at Pom Pom for two nights early in March and having stayed at four others, two in Zimbabwe and the other in Botswana, this was our favorite. Pom Pom is a small camp but large on location, animals and friendly staff. We were told that the wildlife was spread out as it was the dry season in the...
