There is not really anything I can find fault with at Sandibe. From the management to the general staff that are often behind the scenes, we were always met with a friendly hello and smile. The guides and trackers were great, with constant commentary on the workings of the Okavango Delta. The small things as well as the big things...

Sandibe is an award-winning architectural miracle in the middle of the Delta's wilderness. We had two architects in our group of 4, and they kept exclaiming about design elements. The foodies among us - all 4 - were delighted by the "build your own pizza" oven and the constant parade of wonderful meals, not to mention wines and drinks. By...

In addition to fabulous service, meals, and accommodations, Sandibe lies in a private concession that boasts all the animals you've ever wanted to see (except rhinos) and wonderful guides. Tshabo took us to see 2-month old leopard and lion cubs, among many others. Get the recipe for Ginger Limeade - a knockout!

The three days Michelle & I spent at Sandibe was our best ever bush experience. Everything was 5 Star at the lodge, and the staff were professional, pleasant, and made you feel welcome. If I could fault anything it was that my wife does not eat fish or game, and one meal we only had this option. Unfortunately with the...

I would say that the only negative was that the only solid thing between you and the animals were louver window/doors that were basically inoperable. The only reason this came up is that we had a very noisy critter banging on the cabin next door and we were a bit wide eyed and looking for more security. We had been...

A visit to Sandibe has to be on the top of the list for discerning bush visitors. The architecture is stunning with the buildings in the shape of a pangolin and the spaces inside invite one to totally relax especially with your own private plunge pool. But while this is all amazing what truly defines this lodge as being so...

Just back from a beautiful three night, four day stay at Sandibe safari lodge. Overall the experience was very good...but there were still some things to improve upon. The good: The accommodation was lovely, stylish, roomy and well situated. Also, the exterior space was very nice and really could fit much more than 2 people. Housekeeping was great - reliable...

Truly magical!. The lodges and the communal areas are all so beautiful and well equipped and whilst we were only there for 3 days the staff felt like family at the end of the trip. The staff were so incredibly attentive and looked after your every need, no matter how small. The safari outings were fantastic! We saw so many...

Sandibe was amazing, the rooms are so big and the decor is just lovely. The plunge pool in the deck is really good to refresh during mid day. Food was really good, but make your own pizza was the best!
