Everything you want in the Delta falls into place at this camp. Views are amazing and both the boat ride as well as the game drives give you a sense of the wonder which is the Okavango Delta. A special feature are the night drives because you do them after dinner which is great! Gives the feeling that you really...

The highlight of this camp is truly the employees. Alice and BT, the onsite managers, are warm and professional and really set the tone for everyone else. When we were there, we estimated that there was at least a 1:1 ratio of staff to guests! From the moment we were first greeted at the airstrip by our guide Simon, nearly...

Stunning Tended Rooms on platforms under trees with beautiful views of the water. This camp is located in the Southern regions of the Delta, and with no other camps close by, so it feels private and exclusive. Small camp with only 8 rooms, amazing staff with a great sense of humour, that feel genuine and hearty. Meals were such a...

an amazing camp right in the heart of the delta. There seemed to be at least as many staff as guests and the service was second to none. It never ceases to surprise me that a camp in the middle of the African bush can offer such good food. One thing we would like to do differently, and we did...

We stayed at Kanana for 3 nights in March 2017. The great thing about Kanana is that they offer 6 activities to guests, Game drives, boat cruises, mokoro trips, fishing, walking safari and night drives. We did the game drives, mokoro and walking safari. The walk was the most interesting. We saw two Pel's Fishing Owls while at Kanana, seeing...

Our first visit to Botswana and an excellent introduction. This place is wonderfully remote and we were treated to game viewing on the way from the airstrip to the camp. We were lucky enough (in mid-December) to be the only guests on the first of our two nights here. We therefore had the pick of the rooms (though all seemed...

Kanana camp we had three wonderful nights at Kanana Camp. Upon entering the main lounge, the old tree, gorgeous shiny deck, the luxury seats. Our room was luxurious. Wonderful bed, clean, and beautiful views. The staff is very friendly, the managers do everything to make it to your liking. One night , almost the hole staff was singing and dancing...

last place we stayed in and the location was great. We slept out under the stars one night which was great, scary thinking we are out in the middle of nowhere and a little surreal. Steve our guide was a lovely guy and knew his stuff. Rooms were lovely. You could definitely see that this was a step up from...

Kanana Camp was the best-run camp we experienced in Botswana. The staff was simply outstanding--friendly, efficient, thoughtful, with a very knowledgeable guide and tracker (Isaac and Foster). The tents were great--well appointed with a view over the water. The wildlife was not as plentiful as at Chitabe Lediba but the highlight is the ride on the mokoros to the rookery....

Kanana was the 3rd camp on our recent Botswana Trip. We arrived at the airport where we were picked up by Kigaso our drive. He drove us to Hotel where we had a fast check in and a good introduction by a lady (forgot her name) which is part of the management team. After the 15:30 tea we started our...
