We spent two nights at LLT at the end of our time in Botswana. It exceeded all our expectations. The views from our room (chalet) were spectacular; we saw elephants, zebras, kudus and impalas coming down to the river (which ran in front of our chalets). Our guide, Calvin, was very good; very knowledgeable, worked very hard to get us...

Dear maf123Tucson Thank you for choosing to stay with Desert and Delta Safaris. Spending time at Leroo La Tau, is always such a great experience, due to the massive numbers of zebras and other wildlife that make their way down to the water to drink. With the chalets situated higher than the water, this allows for great views and pictures....

I stayed at Leroo La Tau for 2 nights with my teenage son. It was the last of 3 camps we visited on our safari adventure. An excellent choice as we had been in the Delta previously and Leroo La Tau was a fantastic contrast. The accommodation was lovely with great views of zebra and elephants in the river right...

This was our last lodge we stayed at with Desert and Delta Safari's. The track leading to the lodge is long, very sandy and takes 25 minutes from the airstrip to reception. The lodge room gives fantastic views of the river and game, being situated high up. It was very clean and presented extremely well in colours and quality. We...

Dear Westsussextraveller1 Thank you for sharing your experience at Leroo La Tau. The choir are definitely a treat to listen to just before dinner. Across all the Desert and Delta properties, the choirs compete for the annual Choir award which is a great honour to win and display the award in camp. Currently Camp Okavango are the reigning winners, but...

The rooms here are lovely with glass on whole wall looking down on the BOTETI RIVER and animals. Even though we were there only 2 nights, our travel agent alerted them that we wanted to go to Makgadikgadi National Park and so we were able to join another couple. I am glad we went but my husband was not. It...

A week ago today, we were just beginning our wonderful time with the LLT family. We can't imagine how our visit could have been any better. The zebra migration had just arrived when we got to LLT and what a great few days it was. The Boteti River valley is beautiful and allows for some fantastic photography. Because this was our first camp in Africa, let alone Botswana, we had no comparative basis on which to judge it. But now, having experienced several other camps in Botswana, Zambia and South Africa, I have to say that this one tops my list. The primary reason is that we were there during an incredible time of the year when...
