Where to start, the only good thing about this place is the pap, the scenery, and the friendly security/gatesmen. When we entered the reception, the woman was not friendly or welcoming when we asked to see the accommodation available. We hoped to book a campsite but were told that it was closed for 'tree-planting', which we found bizarre and suspicious....

I have to say anyone who could moan about this place for the price is indeed spoilt. We visited all the big hotels they are nice but offer little more than the kwalape in terms of amenities. Yes they are nice inside but are triple sometime quadruple the price. If you want a place 5 mins taxi drive from the...

Stayed in a tent. We didn't want anything fancy but we wanted a cheap place. The options were camping, tent or room. We stayed in the tent. 2 single beds, fan, light and ablutions near to tent. 37 dollars for 2 people. Had a decent meal at the restaurant. Friendly staff and we left early to get to border.

We were staying 2 nights in tented part of the lodge. Place was clean and quite. Staff at the bar and in the restaurant very friendly and helpful which I cant tell about about reception. Lodge is located away from Kasane, So car or taxi transfer is needed. Restaurant offered good quality food but was a bit pricey. Better to...

We had a nice stay for 4 nights in one of the chalets. They are spacious and have nice facilities (fridge, coffee table, big bathroom, nets, aircon). We were close to the pool and bar (chalet 7), which was great, since we were travelling with an almost 2 year old. The food is ok, especially the meat and potatoes. Breakfast...

The reception staff were friendly enough - pool was lovely. The ablutions are terrible - we were in a tented camp next to a loud, unruly bunch of campers with no consideration. In the bar area they show old films on a projector... we didn't stay the night - couldn't wait to get out..

stayed in the tent and it was sufficient because it was clean, had a mosquito net, fan, lights, clean bedding and camper beds. What made this place amazing was the kind staff, great food and amazing atmosphere. Would definitely come again.

This is only very basic accommodation. We were with a group of 20 people. One of our number had to be relocated because he put his foot through the floor. Another had no toilet seat. No plug in the bathroom sink. About five minutes walk uphill to the unit. Meals were only average. Staff were pleasant and pool/bar area quite...
