My husband has wanted to climb here for years, so we added it to our safari honeymoon. We stayed here for about 5 days and rented the Womboohuys cabin; we were not disappointed! The staff was wonderful, the cabin was super clean and included plates and cookware so we were able to make our own meals. Although the tv and...

We stayed for one night with friends who were glamping at the Storytellers in Dassie's Den. The owners were really friendly and arranged a perfect camping spot with a lovely view of the stars. In this area you can perfectly try some boulders that are just a 10 minute walk away. The boulders start at 5 and there are enough...

We stayed in tortoise terrace which was the perfect spot for us, private with beautiful mountains surrounding the safari tent. Clean, tidy with a well-equipped kitchen and braai for self catering - and a hammock in the shadow for power naps after lunch. We visited rocklands during low season (beginning of january) and even though it was very (well, VERY)...

On the road between Clanwilliam and Wupperthal you will find this beautiful olive farm. Accommodation options are a room/s at the main house or a converted labourer's cottage about 200 m from the main house. This cottage have air-con and a built-in outside braai area. FANTASTIC. There is also a pool at the main house. The view from the cottage...

Peaceful, off the beaten track, a real return to nature. Perfect to escape the city madness in summer especially at Christmas/New Year. A repeat visit for us and this time stayed in Waboomhuis. Good wifi in this chalet and close to the pool. Also nice to have a/c. Good sized fridge and freezer with lots of ice on arrival. Host...

Thank you for our stay at De Pakhuys. The chalet was not entirely clean, but still acceptable. We certainly enjoyed the scenery at the chalet as well as the hiking trails. Breathtakingly beautiful. Our hosts were very friendly and accommodating.

The location of this place is the main attraction! If you like being off the beaten track, this is for you. Wonderful for photographers. It was quiet and the ablutions are adequate. Nature people, like we are will enjoy this place.

An Excellent place to stay and will also stay a special place in my eyes. We always visit de Pakhuys for our climbing trips in June Holiday, but I couldn't let an opportunity to stay there for a day in December. The vibe is also very different from June, very quiet and absolutely bliss.

We camped here for one night, it is a lovely place to camp, good facilities with shower block and a small kitchen. Great place to go walking. We had camp 4 and found that in the morning very early at 6am was noisy, since it was opposite the kitchen and two young guys decided to sing shout and generally wake...
