I Loved staying here. Stayed at the pink Pelican, the little kitchen was very convenient! My boyfriend and I had a little getaway to T or C and we Will definitely be coming back. I fell in love with this town.

We come here a couple times a year. We love the atmosphere and the mineral tubs. The rooms are cozy and beautifully furnished with brightly colored walls and furniture. Staff's friendly and helpful. Connie's great. :)

Be aware that if you have an extra guest they will charge you for them. I travel quite frequently with soccer tournaments and such and have never been charged more for an extra person. If anything they've accommodated us. We paid around $30 extra for a last minute guest when a room with an extra bed was priced at the...

I needed a nights break from stress, and badly needed relaxation. So I stopped by the Pelican, and I'm so glad I did. I got the one they call P.A.M. its across the street, but within walking distance to the spa. The girl at the desk is very friendly, and showed me around the grounds. My room was very clean...

Stayed a few a nights to utilize the area hot tubs and spas. We did not use the hot tubs here as it was not convenient for evening use. When booking a motel for hot tub use make sure to check out the rooms and tubs for their access through out the day/night. This facility is much the same as...

This place could be super But. We stayed in the Persimmon suite. The rooms were fine but the furniture was grossly old and worn. It needs to be replaced. It had a coffee maker but no filters nor coffee. Staff were very nice.

My wife and I stayed at the Pelican Annex, which is on the southern edge of town but still close to downtown and about 0.6 miles from the spa. The room was incredibly nice, especially for the cost, and the service was terrific. We spent an entire month there, avoiding the heart of a Minnesota winter. Sid and Grace are...

The Pelican is not a nice motel. It is not just that it is old and worn down, which could be charming, but because the hot spring access is very poor and the rooms are awful. There are five hot spring tubs which are available on a first come, first serve basis. You cannot plan your day around tub availability. Not...

The staff members were super nice and helpful. My room was "roomy" and 1960's funky: blue painted wooden floors, weird art work in the bathroom, and a kitchenette. The bed was comfortable and the TV reception was OK. Only was there to sleep and did not use the spa as I wasn't feeling up to it. The doors creek and...
