This would have to be one of the best places to stay in Taos, for service and comfort, the breakfast is amazing and the afternoon tea such a delight, it is central to everything, we loved it here! It is extremely central to the town centre, there are restaurants everywhere within walking distance, the car parking was great private parking...

Words cannot truly express how happy we were here. The inn is located just a few blocks off the square in Taos. The room was great; the staff very friendly, hard working and friendly. The breakfast they serve were awesome. Looking forward to our next stay.

Some of the romms are a bit dark but they all have a vintage feel to them. We had a queen bed and I have to think she must have been queen of the pigmies. Our friends had to use a footstool to get in and out of bed but once in there they felt safe from roaming wild animals...

Well worth the stay. Very convenient to plaza, shops, restaurants. Owners were great. Very attentive and personable. Staff was very good and accommodating in all regards. Beautiful B&B. Good breakfast and homemade snacks and soft drinks in the afternoon. Very nice room and nice decor. Only problem was that A/C struggled and had it been hotter we would have been...

This is a very nice B&B, and offers terrific breakfast and baked goods. However, we found that the room needs some attention. While the room was clean, the curtain was torn, the blinds on the door still allowed light inside, bulbs too dim, there was nowhere to put things in the bathroom, and the bed was HORRIBLY lumpy. Slept very...

We were only able to stay in Taos for one night, and Casa Benavides was -- by far -- the best place we stayed during our ten-day Southwest vacation. Our room ("Fechin" -- which I assume isn't pronounced with a hard "ch"), was spacious, spotless, and nicely decorated, with a beautiful fireplace and a comfortable king-sized bed. Breakfast was fruit...

We were not prepared for how simply perfect Casa Benavides is. It is in a terrific location, only a short walk to the historic square. Our room was magnificent -- large, quiet, with a wood-burning Adobe fireplace. The breakfast was fabulous -- fruit, yogurt, fresh baked muffins, and a hot breakfast choice of baked egg casserole, or waffles or French...

Once again we brought along some friends as we returned to the best B & B in Taos this summer. Each room, the Chimayo and the Cowboy, was comfortable and fit our needs perfectly. The afternoon "tea" was a great way to recoup after traveling and really kept us satisfied till dinner (fabulous carrot cake and several other fresh homemade...

I've traveled to Taos for 30 years but never stayed in this charming B&B until August 2015. The hotel is delightful and classic Taos owned by Barbara and John McCarthy, who grew up in Taos. They have tea time in the dining room which includes complimentary tea, lemonade and home-baked goodies made in their kitchen. Items such as Mexican wedding...

We always stay at Casa Benievdes and feel right at home with our accommodations and yummy full breakfast plus afternoon tea and desserts! All home made we might add ! This past visit was no exception! We had an added bonus as our room was upgraded as our requested room's occupants added extra days to their stay! This was to...
