The wildlife in Sabi Sand and the expert guidance of Rob the Ranger and his tracker Marc make this a real adventure of a lifetime. The camp is so nice and relaxing with Nyala, warthogs, and baboons roaming the peaceful grass covered lawns and elephants and other wildlife visable at the hide across the swinging bridge from the lunch area....

We stayed for 3 nights in May. The rooms, meals, attention to detail were excellent. All the staff were helpful and keen to make sure we had a great experience. From our 1st game drive we saw leopard, hippo, giraffe, rhino, elephant, lion, buffalo etc, all up close and personal! Our guide Brogan was great and determined to get us...

We recently stayed here for part of our honeymoon. The meals provided a taste of South African cuisine and the game grounds were beautiful. The safari was one of the main highlights on our trip. We saw so many animals with our ranger Mike, He was very knowledgeable about the environment and everything that inhabits it. Our game drives were...

Although Idube is a lovely spot with great food and accommodation there is one thing that severely lets it down. The guides "bush bash" to find and pursue animals and we found this very disrespectful to the animals. Out of all the parks we visited this is the only one that did this and it is a pity. There is...

We were delighted with the warmth of the welcome at Idube, it felt more like we were visiting a friend's home than a hotel. Great food, our only "complaint" being there was too much of it! Great game drives with Matt, a very experienced guide and Lonnet the tracker. We would recommend this lodge with no hesitation.

During our 6 day Safari holidays in Sabi Sands we stayed at Idube Game Lodge for 2 nights from June 06th - 8th 2016. The first impression while arriving was perfect and so it remained throughout the stay. The welcome was very warm and friendly and that goes for all the staff all the time. The Chalet called guest rooms...

Idube is a special lodge in Sabi Sands. I spent three nights there with my family and everybody had a wonderful time. Our game ranger Mike was extremely knowledgable about the wild life, birds and fauna and flora, and although we had been on game viewing trips before, he was by far the most knowledgable ranger we have been accompanied...

Spent four nights at the reserve in the makubela suites. We had an absolutely fantastic time- our ranger promise tracked all of the big 5 and a host of various other animals. At one point we were in a herd of 60-70 elephants! Accommodation was great and the overall service is fantastic. Highly recommended!

We recently had a three night stay at Idube with my wife’s brother from Australia and his partner. Having stayed at a number of lodges in the Sabie Sands, I must rate Idube as one of the best all round experiences. Staff The staff at Idube rate up there with some of the top lodges. Friendly and helpful nothing was...

I just stayed two days at Idube Private Game Reserve in Sabi Sands, in Kruger National Park. This was a bucket-list trip for us which was enjoyed it immensily. First, the transfer arranged by the lodge with Premier Transfers from the Nelspruit Airport in Mpumalanga was great. The driver, Jan Breed, was professional and knowledgable. He summarized South African history,...
