I was traveling with my dog and needed a place to stay in Roswell. I saw they were dog friendly and got a room. I didn't see they charged $20 for the dog anywhere on the site, but paid it anyway since it was around midnight. So total was a little expensive, but I thought that would mean a really... More

Very friendly hotel. We were traveling with my dog (mini-dachshund) and they gave a lower level room close to an exit door to be able to walk her. The breakfast was a little better than the typical waffle. The had scrambled eggs, sausage links, waffle maker, along with the usual things including fruit. Well kept, property.

Our hallway had a lingering odor of raw sewage. We asked to be moved so they "upgraded" us to a suite. That was worse. The room was dirty (mold in toilet) and freezing. I had to go to the desk twice for blankets and the front desk clerk was rude to my husband when we went down the second time.... More

I wish there were better choices of pillows. I do not understand why Best Western Hotels/Motels only offer large/thick pillows. I know that my neck can not handle thick pillows. When I stay at a Best Western (90% of the time) I always bring my own pillow. Yes I have left my pillow in the room a few times.

Poor desk service, poor TV reception, poor water pressure and drainage. It was an oddly configured room so the heat and a/c were not distributed evenly in the sitting area and bedroom. However it was very clean! We would choose a different hotel if in Roswell again.

Stayed here again on road from San Antonio to Colorado. Great place again. Room very nice. Breakfast very good still. Will keep doing this every time we travel this way, especially when available on Hotwire.

Clean rooms, indoor pool and hot tub, great staff, convenient to museums and local attractions. Restaurant was pretty good with nice salad bar and hotel discount. Overall, a nice hotel and would stay here again should we come back this way.

My upgraded King Suite was large and spacious. Interior doorways contribute to quietness and warmth. The attached K-Bob's restaurant and bar is large and well appointed. A large interior space features a gazebo and indoor swimming pool and hot tub.

The room we got was just fine, clean, well appointed. Breakfast consisted of hot and cold items. The toilet, however, was a source of puzzlement and stress. The first time it was flushed it seemed to take a long time. After that, I timed it...45 seconds later it hadn't even gotten the toilet paper down. It shredded it but it... More
