We have stayed here twice. Both times they were wonderful, as is the hotel and the town. You couldn't find a nicer, more accommodating group of people. They went out of their way to make our stay very special. And Carl is awesome. If you have the time, hang out and have a chat with him. We will definitely stay...

We just spent 6 days in Red River and stayed in one of the Gibson cabins. We loved the location - easy to get to everything. The staff was very accommodating - anything we needed they were there. We loved being greeted by every morning by Carl. In the evenings the staff were there to build a fire in the...

Came for a girls trip and will definitely be coming back with our families. Great accommodations for kid free getaways or for a quality family vacation. Very convenient location! I stayed in the exact same room a few years ago and it was run down and just ok. 2 stars maybe. I was pleasantly surprised at the updates! It feels...

We took a family vacation over Spring Break to Red River. Hotel Ryland was PERFECT for our family! Our oldest daughter immediately met a new friend within minutes on the community playground and we had a blast hanging out with other families at the fire pits every night. Cecil did an AMAZING hospitality job for us the entire trip! He...

Very nice and friendly. They seem to leave the property around 4 pm so get your questions in during the day. There is a number they answer all of the time. They emailed and called me before I arrived, so I knew the process to check in. However, two families came in after 4 pm and did not know how...

We love staying here. It just feels cozy and the people are helpful and nice! Bobbi was so great and was able to get us into our room a lot earlier than the normal check in. It is clean and comfortable. The location is great, an easy walking distance to all the shops. We will stay here again!

Love this hotel!!!! My husband and I struggled to find a pet friendly place for our dogs. Everyone in Red River that had openings only accepted small pets, under 15 lbs. We have a small dog but one is large, and this place doesn't discriminate when it comes to pets! They welcomed ours so kindly and we had such a...

This was an extended weekend ski trip for my wife and I. We picked the Ryland because they listed themselves as "Pet Friendly".....and they certainly are! We had our chihuahua and our next door neighbors had 2 dogs with them. Carl (the manager) is such a friendly guy. He's the grandpa that everyone would want. He gave us a quick...

The friendly, inviting atmosphere of the mountains of Red River is accommodating enough but when we broke down 30 miles outside of town with our two fur babies late, late Friday night and after a 2 hour wait for a tow with a wonderful, helpful highway patrolman, who was our guardian angel, we were all used up! The only place...

I am so happy to hear about your experience. Carl is a remarkable individual who truly cares about his guests! I will forward your kind words to him and I know he will remember you guys when you return! We also love having "fur loved children" in our hotel and hope that they received their special dog treat bags! We...

We stayed 6 nights the Gibson cabin and it was perfect for us. Pros: Carl is super helpful (he needs a raise!), restaurants/bars/stores are within walking distance, room was clean and small kitchen had all we needed to prepare our meals. The bed was comfy and DirectTV was nice. Cons: no closets and walls are super thin! Also fairly annoying...

Thank you for your feedback! We also love that our hotel is within walking distance of just about everything in town and we are happy to hear that the kitchen in the Gibson Cabin accommodated your needs. We spoke with housekeeping about the noise issue at 8am and apologize; however, housekeeping isn't usually in until around 10 am so I...
