We stayed here because it is the oldest hotel in Nee Mexico. (We are attempting to stay in the oldest hotel in every state). Ojo Caliente is different from the rest; it is an old-fashioned mineral spa. Our room had a private hot tub in...More

I stayed two nights at Ojo Caliente Mineral Spa and enjoyed my stay immensely. This is not a party place, unless you bring the entire party. This is a romantic, speak intimately place; there are reminders all about requesting Whispers. The soaking options are nummerable...More

Can't think of a better getaway to unwind and relax than our private tub followed by a roaring toasty fire. Very comfortable bed and in room curated coffee and tea (w/ real half&half). You will feel renewed after a night in the cliffside suites. Highly...More

After hearing about this place for years we thought we'd give it a go. We understood it was a place for relaxation, not a fun park, that children were accepted but had to stay in their area and that there were Whisper Police that patrolled...More

About
Description
Ojo Caliente Mineral Springs is one of the oldest natural health resorts in the country. Our sulphur-free, geothermal mineral waters have flowed from a subterranean volcanic aquifer for thousands of More years. Over 100,000 gallons per day come to the surface, revitalizing those who soak in the long believed, healing waters. We offer a variety of lodging accommodations, including new enchanting suites and charming cottages, the historic hotel and private homes. We suggest that you make reservations for spa treatments and private outdoor pools before you arrive. We also offer spa treatments, pools, hiking and biking trails, a wine bar and lounge and a full-service restaurant. The Artesian Restaurant provides a casual dining experience and charming atmosphere. Our chef blends local flavors with global cuisine. Heal yourself body and soul with a retreat to Ojo. Whether it's for a weekend or a longer stay, you'll leave rejuvenated and refreshed. Welcome! Less

The Posi suites are a bit larger, more modern Pueblo style, and with a TV and hammock. The bathrooms are spacious, more so than the Cliffsides, where the bath and service bar (microwave and fridge) is a bit cramped. Still... More
