We stayed here so we could go snowboarding in Ruidoso and it was a nice enough hotel. The room did have a nice patio that overlooked the snow covered mountains and the lake. The casino was small and quaint but had enough games to play.

My wife and I spent a weekend here during a cold spell in early November. The room itself was not exceptional, but it had a nice balcony with a lovely view. After a day of tooling around Ruidoso, Capitan, and Lincoln, we relaxed in the lobby by the fireplace and watched the darkness gather over the lake. With scenery like...

We spent the last week in October 2015 in the Ruidoso NM area. The Inn of the Mountain Gods is a year round resort. The mountains are beautiful especially with snow on the tops. Lake is very pretty with a fountain. For those that want to golf or fish it is there. Several places to eat on th property and...

We were in a "standard" room...one of the nicest hotel rooms I've ever seen. Great view of the mountains, lake and golf course from our balcony. The sleeping area and bathroom were very spacious, and the amenities included awesome terry cloth bathrobes. Word to the wise...if you plan to stay more than one night, and they're not full, book that...

Just to start... I love this place more than anything when it comes to concerts!!! It is a wonderful venue to visit whether you're staying here or not. When you are here it is a wonderful time! I have come with friends and family before, most recently with family and we stayed in the basic rooms they offer, depending on...

The Inn of the Mountain Gods is beautiful, inside and out. It is set in the mountains and overlooking a golf course. The rooms are amazingly quiet. The rooms are modern and had everything one could want (refrigerator, coffee pot/supplies, hair dryer, etc.)

Booked 5 rooms at this beautiful property. This was an end of February winter break. We arrived earlier than expected and only 3 rooms were ready and they offered to put us in a first floor room which we refused! (not their fault, check in is 3pm and we arrived at around 10am) We were so tired after a 12...

We had a lakeview room. It was huge and looked new and clean. There was a sitting area with a couch for 3 people in front of the t.v. The view of the mountains and lake was wonderful. The pillow top beds were comfy. Even the desk had an awesome office chair. The only issue was that smoking was allowed...

We just played in the casino. Had a great time. Would've left a winner if I knew when to stop. I did break even and so did my niece's husband. My niece came out ahead. Had a little problem in the parking garage when someone decided to stand in a parking space to save it after they passed it. There...
