Stayed for 2 weeks while training for work, every staff member I encountered was so amazing and friendly made my stay so nice. The rooms were clean and comfortable. There is an indoor pool that the kids would love. If I have to come to Las Cruces again I will definitely stay here.

The reception by the checkin desk could not have been more friendly and helpful. He was outstanding. Leaving the next morning was equally as good.

30 days under new ownership, the budget conscious-hotel was quite a pleasant surprise: a great atmosphere by attentive staff, great , truly really great and attractively presented food at modest prices, excellent house wines served in large elegant wine glasses; the huevos rancheros are exquisitely prepared in a sophisticated way and served with avocado are awesome; the green chile hummus...

The pros: lovely lobby, beautiful courtyard, nice balcony (though ours overlooked the parking lot and freeway). The cons: the room felt dated, sheets were worn (even stained), pillows were lumpy, carpets in the hallways needed cleaning. The internet was slow. The toiletries were the tiniest bottles ever, barely enough for a shampoo. Breakfast was very basic (seems they push their...

We enjoyed our stay at the Ramada and we had an interior room that opened up to the atrium. Clean room with King bed made our stay very enjoyable. The room included a free continental breakfast with coffee, milk and/or juice open at 6am. Full breakfast menu is available for $8 which seemed reasonable but we were in a hurry...

The hotel is a mess. First they gave me a room without windows. Then, the new room had workers right outside the door making noise all day. When I asked to move, the managers commen was, "We have to install new internet and it is either now or at night." I couldn't rest between my meeting and that was the...

The room was fine, bathroom shower curtain isn't long enough to stay in the tub unless you wet it and stick it to the sides. The room service is terrible, they don't answer the phone or return your call. Breakfast at the restaurant was terrible and minimal for the extra $8.00 you spend to order off the menu. I suggest...

The hotel was very nice, clean, friendly staff. It was pretty quiet and comfortable atmosphere. The room service was very slow, and the food was overcooked and the menu in the room was not the actual room service menu. Other than that it was a great hotel.
