This place is the sweetest! I didn't rate it 5/5 for it being like a 5 star hotel but it is just perfect for a weekend stay in the mountains with our family. Super cozy, comforter beds with lots of blankets and a giant basket full of fire wood to keep the fire going. The shower was clean and really hot water ( in a good way!). The breakfast had so much to offer, including really good fresh juices. The guy working never stopped filling up the supplies and keeping it tidy. The cabins were close to cute town and the surrounding waterfalls.

In Brazil if you don't stay in a five or four stars hotel and go for the average one you will get little comfort and as the British people like to say: you will have to be a sport!!! This "Pousada" really needs some improvement. Positive: gardens and breakfast. Location is ok because close to downtown. Rooms are really poor: the beds are terrible specially if you stay in the "chalet" that has 2 bedrooms because the twin beds are horrible very narrow made for little slim kids and the bathroom had a badly mended sink! You might want to take a shower wearing your flip-flops!
