Beautiful place and lush nature.
We went in 10 people to celebrate my daughter's birthday.
However, when we arrived at the Inn on Friday at 7:00 in the reception there was no one to attend us despite we called and hit the bell several times.
The way we went was to look for the key to the room that was written on the note.
I was with 2 seniors and the experience was pretty bad.
The other day also the same thing when we were in need of assistance in the game room. No one to help. We had to turn around to use the lounge.
Drilled towel, rooms not so well taken care of.
Reasonable breakfast with few varieties of cheeses and cakes, actually cake only one option.
In addition, the gym was in work with a noise of cracker right on Saturday morning while we were enjoying the pool.

Big guesthouse. Well wooded. Beautiful space. We stayed in the super luxury chalet. Good room. Spacious. The bathtub is double. The bed is good. The shower too. There were a lot of cobwebs and dead insects in the corners. But, don't trust Instagram photos. Pure deception. The restaurant doesn't work. The guest goes out to eat or you order delivery. There is no massage. The jacuzzi was bad. The hot tub was full of things inside. If you have a guest and are going to show the space, don't you leave it tidy? I thought that was pretty bad. The underfloor heating does not heat up. The quantity of firewood is small. And there is a charge for replacement. Bath foam is also for one bath only. The breakfast is very, very, very poor. Very! There was only one type of cake. If you didn't like it, feel free. Brioches so hard that even cutting them was difficult. When we were finishing coffee, an employee appeared saying they had eggs and tapioca... there were guests who had coffee and didn't even know about it... because they left before the person who made it appeared to offer it. A estrada de acesso da pousada é péssima.
Quem tem carro comum (sem ser SUV) provavelmente deve arrastar o fundo do carro. É perto sim do centro, mas os melhores restaurantes ficam em Maringá (uns 10 min de carro da pousada).
