We stayed here when we realized the town was booked up that night. We had stayed the night before at a great place but did not know how popular this town was. After a few drinks and a good meal there we strayed for $58.00 it was ok with great view of train coming and going.

This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed at. The floor had carpet bugs, the chair in the room was stained beyond recognition, the shower was filled with mold, you could clearly see multiple stains on the dark maroon towels. I would have been better off sleeping in my car.

I'm so glad we found this little place, so much character. We arrived late, went inside saloon had a beer, chatted with the bartender-who happened to be the owners granddaughter. So friendly, lots of history in this town and Fosters Hotel and Saloon. LOVED it, if we ever travel back through we will definitely stay again !!

I should have reviewed this place sooner to warn others. As far as a saloon and a restaurant go, I did not drink or eat there so I can’t attest to that--though the bar does look neat. As far as a hotel goes, this was the grossest place I have ever stayed at in the US. If we were staying... More

Food ok. The tattoo faced bartender basically let you know it was an imposition to do her job. It was obviously to difficult for her to clean as the bar was disgusting. Rooms are circa 1800. Exposed showers in the room. Way overpriced. Owner must like running a dive!

Only ate here for dinner. And sorry we did. Serve was horrible. Food was okay. We were brought our drinks and food. Server never came back to ask if we needed anything else. Never refilled our drinks. The best part of the meal was the side of beans.

Didn't stay in a room. Stopped here on a bike ride for breakfast. Fast, friendly service. It had a pleasant atmosphere. The food was cooked perfectly and the portions are good. They have homemade pies that looked really good, but I couldn't fit anything more in.

First off we did not stay but only ate here. The service was okay. My wife and daughter were very happy with there eggs. However my son and I were not happy with our pancakes which tasted HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!I If you are hungry this isn't a bad place to eat, just don't get the pancakes.
