This motel is at the very begining of a road that is closed to the military base; so the road is very quite. The floor is new. Everything else is not; but so what. The managment is very helpful and friendly. For 80 dollars you could stay near by and get a room that will be about the same; but they will give you a pastry in a plastic bag. This place is in a lay back location and yet mimutes to anything you want. It's safe to choose this motel.
Dont stay at red carpet inn wrightstown, NJ. If you only care about money and not.cleanliness then this is the place to be. They will never get my money again. Cracks in the walls, the furniture looks like they bought everything from a yard sale. Just disgusting.
Great value for the price. Perfect for people needing access to Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst. Clean. Well-run family business; will kindly address issues if brought to their attention (although we had none.)
If you're looking for a comfortable place to stay the night, this motel is a good value. It is simple but clean. We got a good night's rest here and the wifi worked really well. When I called the day before, the man that answered the phone was friendly and helpful, too.
This place is an awful hotel run by an extremely rude man. After booking a room and reservation and driving almost 20 hrs to get there, we find that he decided to sell our room. This left us stranded in New Jersey with no where to go. On top of that the was 0 remorse, not even an apology just a see ya good luck. Boycott at all costs.
The place sucked there stans on everything died bug on the walls born marks on the blankets smoke smell in none smoking rooms over all my family won't come back your batter off paying extra money for a hotel
We were planning a quick weekend to Six Flags nearby and after a long day we ended up at thus dive. We made our reservation on hotel.com the night before and they assured us it was a clean property with great reviews. When we gotninto the room I turned back the spread and found dirt, skin and hair on the sheets. Removing the pillow cases we discovered multiple bodily fluid stains. We took the attached photos and returned to the lobby and the manager was very rude. Said he would check the room for us and when he came into the room was very upset that we had removed the cases. He offered us new pillow cases. He then stated if we wanted a 5 star resort this wasn't it and advised us we could leave. We went back to the office where he produced replacement pillows but no linens or bedding. He advised us if we wanted to leave he would let hotel.com know to issue a refund and wrote us a note if they had any questions. After almost 45 minutes and asking for a supervisor we finally were able to get a refund but not before we were turned down twice when the booking agent spoke to the manager. Lucky, we were able to find alternative lodging a Days Inn in Bordertown about 15 miles away that we paid for out of pocket. Please DON'T consider staying at this Red Carpet Inn. It's a train wreck that needs cleaning up and isn't worth the gas money or 69.00 rate.…
We booked at Booking app and reserved a non-smoking room. When we came to the reception it was hot and un conditioned, we got to the room and it stank of ciggarates and orange airwick. When we went to complain and ask for a solution the receptionist told us: "It's a small business and everyone wants a non-smoking room, I can't do that". When we said we want to cancel and get refund, he responded that a room just got available if we want to check it out, but after a few minutes went back on his offer and talked ruddly to us: "You said you want to go! You expact a 5 star room for 45$!"
I gave this hotel a rating of four, not because it is a four star hotel, but because for what it is, it is a great place to stay. First, the rooms are clean. To me, that is the most important thing for any place I stay. Second, the customer service was top notch. Yes, it is a small roadside motel. If you want a huge, luxurious room, go find a high end place. For the very reasonable price, this was the perfect place to be.
This was the worst place ive stayed in 15 years the people appeared to be very nice on my initial check-in which was sunday april 9th. I checked in for 4 days and paid cash 46.00 a night, but when i extended my stay for 2 more days thru priceline, they refused to honor the price l got thru priceline which was a few dollars less than i originally paid in cash, well priceline called me and told me they would rdfund my credit card because the owners the PATELS, refused to let me have the room at the negoiated rate priceline gave me. Im under the impression that once they agree on a room rate its set, but these people had a hissy fit over a couple dollars they even came to my room upset and irrate at me for negoiating the price. I have never had such a confusing and horrible stay at a hotel as i did with this red carpet inn. Someone needs to give them customer service training and manners you dont scream and holler at your paying guest. I recommend you dont stay here until they learn how to treat guest…
