The best thing about the hotel is it's location, market and permit office at walkable distance. Rooms are clean, spacious, comfortable with all basic amenities. Staff is really nice and cooperative. Great hotel to stay at reasonable price.

We stayed in this hotel on 3rd Nov during my holidays at Bhutan. Neat & clean room with very good ventilation. Polite front desk receptionist. Good English/Hindi speaking staff. Wide spread food items with good taste. Adequate vehicle parking space.

Room is spacious but maintained poorly. AC wouldn't work . Floor is sticky. A bad odour welcomes you when you open the door. Avoidable if you can.But in a place like phuntsholing there may not be many options

We had a short stay of 1 day in this hotel. There are no lifts in the hotel, hence you'll need to climb your way up to your rooms. The rooms were modern still with all the required amenities and mostly the staff was quite friendly if we needed anything. The hotel also has free wifi in all the rooms. While at the breakfast table, the person-in-charge was a bit rude.
All in all, apart from breakfast, we had a decent experience here!

It's a nice place in Phunshotling to live for just a day while you transit back and forth...staff is nice...food okay...close by to all the points of interest... everything is walking distance...evenings are lovely as one can see lot of pigeons all around...

The room view weren't great. Staying in 4th floor with no lift, surely not even a 3star hotel. The staff were rude and uncooperative. In breakfast had to beg for eggs, should be minimum for any hotel. Not going again.. Period..

Gaden hotel in phuntsholing is in down town. New hotel with good front desk staff, who goes out of their way to make you feel welcomed and also who cares for your comfort and money being spent.
Modern hotel with good bed and amenities.

A rude and quarrelsome employee spoils the hotel's image.

The toilet sheet was broken. When we informed the hotel employee about this, he blamed us and started fighting. He said that you will have to pay a fine for breaking the sheet. This was our scary experience in a peaceful country like Bhutan.

My stay was just memorable. Cleanliness, Food, Room Amenities were excellent. Only negative is that hotel does not accept cards. Keep cash and change too.

I will mention especially restaurant staff Ms Sonam Wangmo who took care of us (elderly couple) like a daughter.

Overall an excellent experience with the hotel.
