The hotel is on the main thoroughfare to Rach gia City Center, around a 10 min car ride. It's also closed to Rach Gia new waterfront area where all the entertainment and dining venues locate. Since it's still brand new, rooms were nice and clean. One of the hotel's best attributes is its staffs. From the GM down to the front desk staffs, they went out of their ways to make sure the guess's stay as enjoyable as possible. When I complained to them about the working condition of the AC, they immediately sent technicians to my room to check on it. Once they decided it would take more time to fix the problem, they moved us to another room right away. Reception staffs are friendly and helpful. Room rate was very reasonable too.

This is my third or fourth time staying at this hotel but every time I came back I saw huge but positive change at the hotel. Staffs here are very nice and helpful. They would answer your every need immediately and with courteous manners. Their service and care are truly genuine. Rooms were clean and comfortable. However, it would be very helpful if they can keep an eye on the tour groups and guests, especially those from Northern Vietnam. They talked so loud in the hall way, and inside their rooms with doors wide opened no matter at what time of the day or night, be that early morning or late night! If they can do that, then the stay here would be very comfortable well worth the money.

"Due to urgent time, I booked a room at Rex Saigon Hotel for one night but the impression of the hotel was very good. The hotel is located in a beautiful location and very convenient for traveling to tourist attractions. Hotel staff. because my family booked the room in a hurry, but you guys were very supportive The street or window has a nice view, so next time I will have to ask about the room in advance when booking. I am really satisfied with my stay at the hotel."

Finding a clean and functional hotel in a more remote part of Vietnam can be difficult to find. This hotel is a rare exception. It is clean, the room is practical, the staff are friendly and it delivers on its promises. I do hope that tourists will come back soon as there were only a few guests staying at the hotel on the Sunday night that I stayed there.

I wasn’t sure what to expect when I booked the hotel. I was pleasantly surprised upon arriving. We were greeted immediately and the check in process was fast and easy. The room was nice and clean. The breakfast buffet has a good variety and the restaurant was a very good and affordable dinner option. The reason for my poor rating is that very early in the morning (before the sun came up) there was a knock on our door and a voice that followed, “Housekeeping”. I was woken up to find a man not in uniform standing in my room. He claimed to be housekeeping and that he was there to clean the room. I told him to leave as I was sleeping and I would be checking out after breakfast. I told the front desk what happened and all they did was apologize. This incident made me feel uncomfortable/ unsafe and will deter me from ever staying there again.

There is the only 4 stars hotel in Rach Gia city. There is not many things to see in Rach Gia but it is a good place to stay a night before going by speech boot to Phu Quoc. We drove from Can Tho to Rach Gia, then stayed one night then next day take the speech boat to Phu Quoc at 8 AM. The hotel is new, room is clean and well made. I think it is the best hotel in Rach Gia where there are not many choices.

I was here with my dad and daughter. They are confusing with their booking because one moment they tell me that I have to pay for my daughter staying as she is 7 years old, but then I point out a print out I took from tripadvisor booking indicating kids 11 years and under are free to stay.
When I booked the hotel a month in advance the hotel also had no clue or my reservation when I had a confirmation number.
Breakfast buffet is a charge, other hotels I stayed at through out Vietnam had free breakfast buffet. Also it is a new hotel so there was only about 3 other guest I saw in this big hotel ... soooo the food was not good as they would not cook new fresh food if there were not many guests. The location was not walking distance to anything so we had to have breakfast there it was little selection with not such great quality.
Other than breakfast not being great and being charged for it. People were nice and hotel was clean.

The hotel is biggest in town at the moment. I found it’s interesting which many wall pictures, showing famous people saying. It doesn’t look like a state owned company where nonsense slogans hanging everywhere!
Room is clean. New dimsum breakfast facility is served. Haven’t tried any other hotels yet, so can’t compare them. However I could recommend this hotel for staying in town.
One thing I don’t like. FO offers airport transport at 6:15am only when the flight is at 7:00. They make customers nervous.

When traveling of the beaten (business) routes you never know what to expect. We were pleased with the new and clean rooms and super large king size beds. Breakfast buffet was very extensive and tasty. Staff spoke little english but helpful when needed.
