We stayed on the third floor with two little windows with an ocean view. The rooms were clean with an ant problem. Little Ants were in the bathroom and then on the walls. I was afraid to sleep and have ants crawling on me 😟. Mattress was the Vietnamese hard foam. The reception lady that checked us in was very nice other staff members were not so much when I smiled at them. This hotel is in a night life area so we heard music from downstairs. Would stay here again if they get rid of the ants!

The hotel has two grades of room and we chose the top one which is about 550,000vnd ~ 30$usd. Service is good. Room is clean. It's is right across the street to the beach and we got the ocean view room!! Highly recommended. It was a little gloomy when we arrived.
