Best place I've stayed in Tulamben! Other than it being far away from the mainroad (for dinners etc), this is the most beautiful and yet worth for money place I've ever stayed in Tulamben. The staffs are ever genuine and kind and go out of their way to help you out in whatever you need (as long as you ask nicely of course). The only thing I hope will change is to add more street lights so people can walk at night on the way back into the resort. Keep up the great job!
Pros: - Rooms are nice, with a great outdoor shower - beautiful pool - peaceful environment & close to nature (very zen) - VERY VERY attentive and caring staff & housekeepers - simple but nice breakfasts Cons: - cleanliness in the room can be improved greatly. There were many cobwebs in our room, and it was very dusty. - Fan doesn’t work in the room - Bed is quite dirty, with musty smell. we developed rashes during our 2 day stay. So hopefully this can be improved.
we visited Tulamben for squba diving. We didn't reserve any hotel before our arrival. First we checked several diving resorts however none of them was cosy as Mina's. Mina's has 6 Cosy rooms with balinese bathrooms. Quiet garden and pool area; friendly and helpful staff; quite affordable prices for extras like coffee, beer, juice and food.
Loved Minabali bungalo a lot. The gardens are tranquil, pool is good and the ladies, security and gardener are all lovely, friendly and happy. We ate all our breakfasts there, which were very nice, had various drinks and had two dinners which were excellent. On one of the days we had a massage each, also very good. We were very lucky to have the place to ourselves for a day or two and had a look around the other bungalows (there are only 8, so it is very peaceful and quiet), and all looked as lovely as ours.
I paid in advance for one month and I had to come back to Europe before. I sent emails to the owner and she never answered not even to tell me that she will not refund us. It’s a pity because the place is nice and quiet if you want to rest because Tulamben is without tourists though even with a couple of books you would get bored here.
We reserved the room for a month but only stayed here for a week since we had to go back to Europe for a work emergency. I paid the money in advance which turned out to be a big mistake. Even before our arrival, the owner took many days to answer any emails but to not answer at all our repeated requests for at least a partial refund is just a sign of bad manners. I can understand that it was a special deal because of our long stay and would have accepted her refusal for a refund but to just ignore our emails?
Minabali bungalow is best bungalow in tulamben, very friendly staff, nice swimming pool and very clean bungalow. The food was great, Im highly recommed minabali bungalow for your holiday in tulamben bali.
This accommodation was the best way to start our Indonesian trip! We honestly don’t have a single negative thing to say about this place. The pool/outdoor area is very well maintained. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is amazing & fresh. You can have dinner for a small added cost and it was authentic and really yummy the few times we stayed in. The rooms are good size and have great AC which is necessary here. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend!
We stayed in Minabali for 5 nights in January 2019. Had a wonderful stay there, staff was amazing, friendly, helpful and really went out of their way to make our stay a wonderful one. Food was fantastic, thank you Komang! Rusti for all the massages every afternoon. Rent a scooter to go visit all the amazing places close to Tulamenben like Temple Lempuyang, Tirta Gangga & Virgin Beach. Will definitely come back to MinaBali!
Stayed here for two days while diving in Tulamben. The hotel is beautiful and I am sure we were the only people there. Breakfast was excellent. The rooms were well maintained - clean and they do a good job. Very accommodating staff, very friendly. I would definitely stay here again and would not hesitate to recommend. Only downside is that it was about 10-15 min walk to our dive shop along some not so great roads but that’s what is expected for the seclusion.
