Clean, friendly staff and good location. Lovely breakfast made to order each morning including pancakes, omelettes and nasi goreng. It was a short walk to the beach and the main restaurants and shops. We really enjoyed our stay here and would come back!

Our group stayed at this villa for the entire month of OCTOBER 2022. It was one of the greatest experiences of me and my wife lives. “Augus”, the Operations Manager was the Greatest. He personally made sure our group had all the assistance we needed. His Staff was the perfect example of World Class Service. They were caring and always right in time. Augus provided a feast in our villa on the last day. It was delicious. He also provided a cooking class while preparing the food. I recommend the LOTUS TIRTA VILLA to anyone AND everyone that visits Seminyak. Location was perfect to the beach and any shopping needs. 20 minute walk to the Bintang Supermarket. PLEASE visit Augus and his staff at the Lotus Tirta villa. Tell the. Kevin, Yusuf, Denise and Faryma sent you.

Agus and his team go out of there way to give you good service. I have been communicating with this business for over 2 years as I had booked to go prior to Covid. I booked on a pay up front , no refund , no transfer offer. I truly expected Agus to say unfortunately because of my booking I had lost my booking but no he kept the booking open and available and we have just come back from 26 nights in Bali. Agus picked us up from the Airport (which ended up being a very late night for him} and dropped us back. We moved rooms as the first option didn't suit which was no problem. Agu's daughter was recommended to us as a driver and was very helpful and informative. On the last day we were even offered one of the Villa's to stay in for the afternoon to use the private pool and have our own space, shower and freshen up before travel, this is after we had checked out..... Agus treated us as a friend and was genuinely interested in having a conversation. The Hotel is a great location and very close to everything. It has a nice feeling of being like a little oasis with the tropical planting around the pool area. Reasonably quiet considering where it is. Close to 108 Yoga Studio. Perfect location near Seminyak and Petitenget Beaches. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Breakfast menus are delicious. We booked 3D2N in room with pool access in the first floor so we don’t need to bring our lugage upstairs. Super recommended⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is a small hotel in the middle of Seminyak - 10min walk to the beach. My room (pool access) was fine for me - but might be a bit small for some couples. The bathroom was a good size. Pleased that the room had a fridge. The pool is small - but it rarely had more than 2-3 people in it. Breakfast was simple but adequate. There are good cafes very close by. If you are after a beach resort with buffet b/fast - this is not the place for you. But I found it clean and comfortable- and would probably stay again.

Stayed here for 4 nights over NYE in a 3 bed villa with private pool. 2 adults 3 teens. The good Size Location Private pool Family area The bad A little tired Not great for young kids Breakfast was hit and miss Great value for money

This is seriously the best value accommodation in the area, with 3 local warungs close by, you will not run out of food choices. Breakfast is a must. You really cant go wrong. The employees really make you feel welcome and will cater to all your needs.The secret it out. This is the best value for money hands down

We stayed at Lotus Tirta for 6 nights, the rooms are very clean, the rooms are spacious and the breakfast is plentiful. I would recommend getting a ground floor pool view room if you can they are perfect and it allows you to have full access to the pool. Unfortunately our Seminyak holiday didn’t actually plan out as we had planned as my boyfriend got very sick but the Lotus Tirta team couldn’t have helped us more! They called the doctors, checked up on us, made us food and drinks. We didn’t leave the hotel for most of the 6 days but the team made us feel so welcome. I cannot recommend this hotel enough we will 100% be returning. Thank you so much for everything!!

A small Hotel with walking distance to the beach! There is a small pool but beach is close so watch the sunset by the ocean. Staff was very nice and the price was good when you are traveling on a budget. The Hotel was clean and very calm. AC and big bathroom. We would come back for sure!

Really good value for a 3 bedroom villa. Our villa had a small pool it was very clean there was 3 separate bedrooms all with own bathrooms. The villa is a little rundown & the furniture is older. If only they painted the rooms white thought out & updated the furniture. Pool towels supplied but only on requested. Could have been cleaner & they use very smelly fabric soft/perfume in the washing. I had to ask them to stop this as it was making me feel sick. But as they say you get what you pay for, it was good value with lovely staff. Breakfast not great but 3 doors down there is place for great coffee & breakfast at a great price.
