The hotel is a standard hotel, there isn’t much room for your things. Reason I have rated it so poor is we got charged 521IDR (£30) for a small stain on the bed from my mosquito bracelet which was blue. Unsure why they charged me for this as the covers had stains on when we arrived and also the state of the pillows is vile. Rather than phone us once they phoned us 3 times to get payment off us and called at such unsociable hours. However we paid it as it is what it is.

Check in was fast, but we got smelly and hot room. When engineer come, turns out the ac is very dirty 🤣. They put water dispenser outside the room, so you can refill the water jug with that (eventhou they never refill empty one). I think they make cold milk with condesed milk, Egg corner at breakfast was the only one that great. Compare to the price, it still ok but you should maintain basic thing like refill the water gallon, cleanliness of ac, and dont forget to refill the soap.

Very helpful receptionist. Room is a bit old with 1 tiny tabletop. I got the room facing main road which quite disturbing at night. Maybe it's was due to pandemic and not really maintaining well. When I enter the room it smell awkward from the air con.

Good location in Sunset Road. Good promotional price. Staff could be more friendly and helpful surely. The room cleanliness could be improved, dirty marks on the shower floor was so visible. The bed was comfy but noisy. The AC was not cold enough. There was no coffee or tea in the room. Good initiative to replace plastic bottled water to be refillable water jug.

value for money! great location! fine facilities! deserve a 5" since it matches the expectations! Located at sunset road - central road! so its about 10 min walk to La favela and If you will drive - it will be the best location to start the trip! I was staying there a few times! so I should add that its slightly pricier then others - but it worth it! rooms and service are fine too! and this hotel is very easy to find! cheers!

This hotel is located right on the main sunset road. Very easy to locate. Utility store right outside the main gate is very convenient. Great value for money. Staff is hospitable. Would definitely recommend for budget stay unbeatable price

The hotel is clean, despite the road just in front of my window, inside the room it was quiet. The staff are nice and listen to your requirement. The position of the hotel is perfect to go to the beach and enjoy the nightlife. Perfect for a small stay.

I had the most wonderful time at Favehotel. It was cost efficient. The staff were all kind and friendly. I stayed in a deluxe double room. I enjoyed the massage facility they have there. The entertainment during dinner and the happy hr specials. Overall I had a great time and will consider coming back again as it was conveniently located to all the shops bars and cafes in seminyak
