Great for walkers
Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travellers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
Cannot recommend highly enough. We stayed for 8 nights. Beautifully furnished with a huge pool, gets sun on at least part of it throughout the day so nice and warm, but cooler areas when shaded. Bed is large and comfortable (somehow both firm and soft) and all amenities as described! Daily housekeeping was quick and thorough. Didn’t try the bath but it was huge! The staff were amazing, friendly and competent, always happy to help you order a cab or recommend a place to eat. We stayed over Nyepi and internet remained on, and lunch and dinner provided (to order) for a minimal fee. Breakfast every morning was delicious, we usually ate continental but tried the Indonesian breakfast which was lovely! To the right of the villa as you leave is a small lane way which cuts through and takes you straight to central Seminyak in about 2 minutes! So it’s quiet and feels out of the way but only about 300m to the Main Street. Very close to Happy Chappy Chinese restaurant and Seminyak Aussie Brazilian bbq. Will ABSOLUTELY stay here again without a doubt!

This was our best stay in bali and we come every year, it looks just like the photos, it is spacious and roomy and light and bright with glass walls, the air cons work well, came back to cold rooms and the pool was lovely deep enough and very clean, the breakfasts were good, but not great coffee, go to revolver down the road for that. Every thing you need and a short walk, off the beaten path down a lane way from eat street, and very quiet. would return here easily, had no trouble with smells or toilets flushing and nothing was a problem with the staff. great Chinese restaurant across the road happy chappy, went there twice, was awesome food. bed was very comfortable and large, and the shower was awesome too.

This was the second villa we headed to in Bali on our 2 week trip from Wales uk. The most amazing villa we could have asked for, amazing staff who couldnt do enough for us and always there 24 hours a day if we needed anything The villa wow, it was beautiful, private space which was needed after a long day exploring! One of the best places we have stayed and would one day love to come back here. Plenty of food places around, easy to get a taxi right outside. Nice walk to the beach, with plenty of shops and bars to stop off at along the way. Aircon inside the villa was also amazing the filtered water was replaced once it ran out. Can’t fault this villa, amazing and 100% recommend!

Bottom line up front - look elsewhere. On the surface the place looks great but shortly after checking in the reality shines bright - this place is in need of lots of TLC. The pool had so much algae that the water was greenish and cloudy. Simply couldn’t be used. Moving inside the walls in the bedroom have lots of humidity issues likely due to the shower behind the wall. The beds are not to be overlooked as both beds had what appeared to be blood stains. The white bath towels had turned gray and need to be replaced. Those hoping for a nice warm shower after a long flight will also be saddened to learned that the low pressure for the showers that although advertised as a rain shower will have you reliving those ice bucket challenge YouTube moments. The unit also has no lock on the door. Sure, protection is from a front yard door with a stick wedged to hold the two doors closed but the wall around the unit is simply scalable allowing easy access to whomever desires to jump it. The place is pricey and simply doesn’t have the cleanliness and safety one would expect. I strongly suggest looking elsewhere closer to the beach. Lots of better places to stay at this price. Don’t let the hotel photo fool you like it did us.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bracha Villas. The villa was clean and spacious. The pool area with lounges and umbrella was the perfect place to read a book. Enclosed lounge and bedroom were air conditioned and it was good to have a cool area to relax. Staff were friendly and we enjoyed the delivered breakfast every morning. The area was quiet however within walking distance or a short cab ride to restaurants. There was a convenience shop next door and laundry just around the corner. Apart from the fact that there is no door on the bathroom/toilet which took a bit of getting used to, we wouldn’t change anything.

This place is a hidden gem. Location Location Location...walking distance to everything you need. Staff cannot do enough for you. The best bed I've ever slept in. Far enough away from street noise. Breakfast delivered to our room daily was lovely.

Have stayed before, please read my previous review if you need more info about the villa. This was our first stay in Seminyak since Covid. We loved this place so much we booked again and requested the same room. Considering what these places have been through over the last couple of years, Bracha was amazing. Everything was the same, great villa, quiet, inviting pool, friendly staff, nice breakfast (delivered and setup in your villa), perfect position (close to eat street, Red Carpet Champagne Bar, Seminyak Square) transport to airport. We won't stay anywhere else in Seminyak. See you again next year

There are nightclubs close, I have serious issues with noise and this impacts where I book every time. We didn't hear a thing here at all through the night or day! Very happy.
There are more places to choose from in the Seminyak area.
