Villas are in real need of renovation. Old tired and things are falling apart, broken, not working or mouldy. (See photos). They are nothing like the stock photos Service- staff are very sweet and polite. No issues at all Location- not bad, near to many places in Seminyak I wld not stay again simply due to the dismal state of the villa.
We stayed at the Jineng Villas for 7 days. This was a 2 bedroom villa although we used only 1 room. A large dining/kitchen/lounge with tv and good aircon was part of the complex. Our bedroom had a comfortable king bed with large Tele ang good aircon. Ample hanging and cupboard space with a large bathroom and quality floor tiling everywhere. The location here is central to both Legion and Seminyak with the Bintang Market only a 5 minute walk. Only drawback is poor internet during the day but good early morning and at night. The Villas need some maintenance and a little more effort to brighten the place up. In general more than happy to stay here again and as usual all staff are friendly and attentive to their duties. Well done all.
Very good experience during 1 week stay in this place,, The best location in Seminyak and access to Double Six Beach can be reached only by walking, friendly staff and very good service, they don't blame small things and don't even ask for compensation when my child accidentally breaks plates and glasses as well as making the curtains dirty,, I highly recommend this place when you are in Seminyak Bali
A big thanks to Jineng Villas. We travelled as a family (2 teenage girls) and stayed in a 2 bedroom pool villa. They patiently waited to pick us up which ended up around 1am given the plane was delayed and the hour it took to get through immigration! The villa itself was just lovely and the girls loved the breakfast choices and had the High Tea everyday. Jineng is well located and just 400 metres off the busy shopping area. It is also just a 20 minute walk to Double Six beach where we ran several mornings. It also has a Circle K shop just across the road for snacks and the fun Orchard Bar just 100 metres down the road. This is my second time to Jineng and I would recommend it
the area is loveley while i was takeing a relaxing break from poltics i was shocked to find the breatfeast lack bulk of any food in what was very small portions. i also found the staff was rarther crude about my poltical backround i must assume being a tory is not fashionble round these part which leads me to qustion why thier is little food chains around excecpt mcdonalds which i find rarther low for my class. i show a pitur of my stay to show my disproval.
Staying 4 nights and chose because of reviews. Jineng Villas are rated I believe using the “Bali scale” because they are definitely not 4+ star rated accommodation. The rooms are spotlessly clean but the building itself hasn’t seen much maintenance. The pool is unusable for us because the only step in is 600mm from the top! I actually fell in and had trouble getting out! So for the older person or children this is an extreme hazard. Bathroom shower area mouldy tiles everywhere and a lack of ammenities including toilet paper! The food is passable but the servings are small (and we’re not big eaters either). Be sure to ask for milk for your fridge too. Overall the Jineng I’d consider to be a 3 star saved by polite and welcoming staff and a comfortable bed.
The staff was incredible and helped to accommodate my wife and I on our honeymoon. They provided us free transportation within the city multiple times. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable.Great place to stay overall, and for the price it is hard to beat! Would definitely recommend for anyone to stay here for a great experience.
First time in a villa not a resort. Very peaceful. The villas of a high standard with a separate lounge dining room. Fridge stocked on arrival with a couple of complimentary beers and sodas. There is a separate shower out by the pool and a fabulous bathroom next to the bedroom. We had breakfast provided and was tasty and varied but be careful of the mushrooms on toast...loaded with garlic! We also had afternoon tea provided meaning we didn’t eat dinner on several occasions. All the staff helpful. We had friends visit so we booked a BBQ, food fantastic and we had to tell them to stop cooking after we’ed all had a dozen satay, plus fish, chicken, and salads. The negative....the bed is like a plank of wood and rock hard pillows. Plus we understood late checkout was possible as our flight was at midnight but were told this was not possible, but late in our stay they told us we could stay late but we had to move to a different villa, which seemed identical and we had to pay $100. Left us less than impressed.…
Our stay here was so good, the friendly staff made our stay here comfortable & enjoyable. we will be back one day. I recommend this place to anyone whoever goes to bali, choice of breakfast or dinner.
Just returned from a glorious week at this stunming Villa. Beautiful, spacious, peaceful and well situated. Everything we wanted and more. So well looked after by helpful staff in lovely surrounding. We will return.
