We stayed four nights, then two nights at Amed and a further four nights at Teka-Teki House. The staff were fabulous, hard working, honest and helpful. Great value for money, very homely, friendly and very clean. The breakfasts were sensational, with a choice of local and western dishes. The location is great with the peace and quite of the lane...

We paid more for the Barong room at Teka-Teki but felt it was worth it considering it has a private restroom with hot water, has a small lounge area, and comes with A/C (even though you can live without A/C during September). It has an interesting design feature as the water that pours into the sink exits out of the...

We stayed in the more expensive Barong room due to availability but it was worth it. In fact, it felt like a hotel room with its good hard bed, thick fluffy towels and cable TV at the sofa lounge area. Very comfortable and clean. It was nice meeting Jules and getting to stay at her Balinese house. The location is...

Stayed in one of their more expensive rooms. The room was really clean and was looking more like an expensive hotelroom. The staff was great and its located in a quiet area, but not far from the main areas, you can walk. We would stay here again for sure. Good breakfast, you have to choose your food the day before...

Our stay at Teka Teki was really relaxing. It's located in a quiet area, away from noisy streets, yet close to shops and restaurants. What I appreciated the most, was the fact that the room was spotlessly clean. Also, fresh water to drink is available for free, and that's an asset for sure! The only drawback I can find is...

Teka-Teki was our first stop in Bali, Jules and Agung picked us up from the airport at 1am! Was a great place to start, Jules filled us in on all the need-to-knows and helped organise the rest of our trip. The room was lovely and clean (Legong). We had a shared bathroom which wasn't an issue at all. Wonderful breakfast...

It was a pleasure to meet Jules, Agung-Donny, Dian, Scooby and Mimikins and share their home for a few days. The location was perfect for us, down the small side street, away from all the bustle, yet near to everything we wanted. The food was great and having all the fresh water we needed was a real bonus. Jules is...

Firstly Jules and Donny who live at and run Teka-Teki homestay are amazing! Jules was there to meet and greet me, when I arrived just after midnight. I was shown to my room 'Legong' and it was perfect! Upstairs with a private verandah, queen size bed, tv and plenty of space. I instantly felt right at home. Now the breakfast...
