We stayed here for 9 days between New Years Eve and 8/1/16 and the hotel was very busy. We had one of the sea view rooms on the first floor which was a beautiful air conditioned room maintained to a very high standard. We found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The restaurant staff especially Shane went out of...

We stayed here for 5 nights and loved the old style Cape look and feel to the hotel. We found the hotel food menu very reasonable and wine menu was stocked with an excellent variety of quality wines from the region. The old style bar was great place to sit and the veranda was always alive with people relaxing and...

This was the email I sent to management in which I got no response. I then called and they basically told me that I have already complained so that is that. I stayed at your hotel on the 21st of November for the night of my wedding. I was quite disappointed with the experience. Actually not quite, VERY! My friend...

we stayed as a family ( 4 rooms) over the new year period. Our first day we experienced incredibly slow service at lunch time with no explanation from our waiter, we waited in excess of 2 1/2 hour; the calamari was very tasty once it arrived. The rooms are very spacious and are very modern, the bathroom is also very...

This is a good spot in bustling Hout Bay. The rooms are clean and modern, functional and were built as an annexe to the old and historic hotel which is now given over to the restaurant and a large kitchen. Pool deck is a further annexe. But nice views. Beach view really does look over the great beach - but...

We spent a glorious few days before Christmas staying at the Chapman's Peak Hotel. We had really excellent service from all the staff and we had a strong impression that this family-run business takes good care of their employees. The calamari in the terrace restaurant is still as good as ever and the hotel's new extension, with its lovely pool...

This was our third stay and we loved it! Again! The view, specifically from the penthouse, is amazing. The staff very friendly and helpfull, John in particular! Nice, spacious rooms (sea view, not rooms in the back). Great food, and relaxed atmosphere. Beach across the street.

The room was very comfortable, the WIFI decent and the overall hotel was very clean and organized. The highlight was the restaurant, where the service was impeccable and the seafood out of this world. The calamari and fisherman's prawns were to die for! The only downsides were the location is a bit out of the way and the pool was...

Buffet Breakfast is R80 pp for a standard Scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage and mushrooms. This does not include coffee/tea. That's extra. If you want fried eggs its extra. A buffet means eat as much as you like. We were told, not here. None of our party of 18 pigged out and yet we ran out of food. The manager said...
