Very good value, clean, excellent position in town, close to all amenities. Basic accommodation. Staff pleasant, and helpful. This was our second visit, we will be back next year. A number of restaurants, and pubs nearby, some good, some very good, and others poor.

The rooms where very spacious and clean so was the bath room, the bed was nice and big and very comfortable. It was nice and central we could walk to the town, we felt safe. the only down side is that there was no coffee or tea in the bedroom for self service.

Located on walking distance of the centre of Franschhoek, making it a great basis for exploring the whine region. Room was rather basic, yet comfortable. Parking available as well. Staff were very friendly and most helpful where needed.

1. when i got at the hotel to check in, i was welcomed by a note at the door saying "out for gym, will be back after two hours." 2. Shower was flooding and had to stand in a dirty water when i used it.

Warm and very helpful reception. Facilities in rooms were all that were needed and comfortable. Comfy lounge with facilities. Location ideal for wandering into the main street and museums. We would recommend this for families or groups.

As a young woman staying alone, I felt incredibly safe and secure in my comfortable room at the Franschoek Travellers Lodge. I chose a room with an en suite bathroom which was very comfortable and had everything I needed for an overnight stay. The wifi is free and fast and the staff were very friendly. I highly recommend this for...
