4 night's stay - on bus tour with my senior center from PA. On check-in first evening, phone did not work, therefore, no wake up calls, no soap in bathroom, needed more towels. Second morning, went to make coffee very early and none was left day before. Walked in the dark to The Bolero, nearby, where the very nice night...

Booked for mid-October for Oldies weekend. Was disappointed that the heated pool was already closed for the season. Wished we had known as we would have booked elsewhere to use the pool. There were other motels with pools still open. Front desk & housekeeping friendly. Place was clean. Towels are quite worn--bring your own. Great location.

Their site advertises a heated pool.ans grills. I know its the end.of the season but all those items were closed or put away already. Plenty of other hotels in toqn had those services too. Plus side... close.to beach and Boardwalk. The place is dated but adequate and clean.

Hello David, First we would like to thank you for writing a review on our property and we will take your complaint into consideration. I am sorry you were disappointed with the outside activities being closed. Honestly we weren't even sure we would be open in October and started closing down after the last weekend in September. As for the...

After many stays at Royal Canadian, this will be my last. Read all the recent reviews and gave it a shot based on past experience but it was not worth it. For $200 a night, you would expect a decent accommodation- the bathrooms were something you'd find in jail presumably. Really disappointed at this hotel- not maintained at all

We stayed at the Royal Canadian Motel for 5 nights in August 2016. After reading so many bad reviews, we had very low expectations... we even took any chances and brought our own sheets, pilllows, towels, and even cleaning products and vaccum !!! What a surprise we had after visiting our room and realise that we would not have to...

Spent 3 nights with my 4 kids (2 teens and twins who are 3.5). We could not believe how ran down this place looked as soon as we pulled in. My daughter got us a cart to help us bring our bags to the room, the cart was so beat up and falling apart. We stayed in a one bedroom...

This is a great motel for many reasons -- first off, the location was great! Just one block from the beach and boardwalk, and importantly the rides and water park we wanted to visit. Secondly, Room 305 was immaculate and had everything we needed -- fridge, microwave, table and chairs and two bedrooms. The furnishings were bright and cheerful (5...

I've stayed at the Royal Canadian twice during the Wildwood beach ultimate (frisbee) tournament. Last year it was great - prices were fair and rooms were proper, with no problems encountered. They even gave out donuts in the morning! This year was a different story. After my friend reserved two rooms and paid in full for them (confirmed over the...

In response to your accusations, the price was the same as last year when you and your friends stayed. If you would have booked the same room type you would of had the same price. This year you booked a suite not a standard motel room. The price for the room was no different than anyone else who stayed at...

Came back again this year and noted new carpet and some furnishings. Finally some updating going on, it was needed and still needs more. But its a start. The staff and Help are super nice and accommodating, I cant say enough about them.
