We stayed with a newborn baby. Hotel staff was very friendly and went out of their way for us to be comfortable with a baby stroller. Rooms are spacious. Just across a beautiful mall. All around a great experience.

In regards to your question about transportation from the airport to our hotel, the easiest mode of transportation would be either through Uber, a cab, or car service since they can take you directly to your destination. Typically UberX prices starts at $140, while the car service we work with is about $180 which is inclusive of tax, toll, and gratuity.
With regards to something more cost effective, public transportation is an option via Air Train, Long Island Railroad and then New Jersey Transit train and bus, however this option nearly will double the commute time if not take longer if unfamiliar with where exactly to go.
