This Westin is in a suburban spot in Princeton. It sort of reminded us of an open concept high school (our meeting room was in a building apart from the hotel). My room was fine and functional. Service was spotty with some associates being very helpful and others not so. Banquet food was fine. Agree with others this is a...

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW

Stayed in the Westin for a 3 day retreat. Rooms were clean, most comfortable beds and bedding I've ever slept on in a hotel I wanted to take it home. Checkin was easy and staff was kind. Walls were soundproofed well. Ballrooms were nice and large. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Only issue I had was with the ladies room...

Dear Esther, What a splendid review! So many compliments on our Westin Princeton guestroom amenities, devoted staff members and our spacious Forrestal Ballroom! Thank you, thank you, thank you! I will definitely communicate down your fair observation and valid concern with regards to the bathroom locks to my Director of Engineering to make sure it gets fixed as soon as...

Was in town for a quick business trip. The associates were friendly and the room was clean (albeit a little rundown). Highly recommend! I also appreciated the great blackout curtains! I was also intrigued by the fitness offerings they had, although I did not have enough time to take advantage of them.

Shower did not work. Our extended family staying in adjacent room also experienced no shower and constantly running toilet which didn't flush. No discount offered by annoying front desk deflectors or absentee general manager. Our SPG membership status proved worthless. Plenty of better hotels in the vicinity for Princeton parents and alums: Hyatt Regency; Hyatt Place; Marriott at Forrestal. Take...

I've been organizing a dinner for 9 years and for the last 3 we have stayed at the Westin. They make the block reservations easy and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. I have always been able to check in early and when I had a question an answer was quickly provided.

Perfectly located next to two large restaurants, this location also has a few stores to wander through. Great lobby bar but did not get a chance to find the restaurant. Gym located on the second floor. Modern feel and got the feeling that a lot of business travelers come through this Westin. A bit disappointed that "new movies" were not...

This hotel looks nice on the outside. The reception was fine too. The corridor carpet on fourth floor is badly stained, dry wall chipped in some places. The room has unpleasant smell. Kept the fan on, hoping to clear the smell. The fan was very noisy. Could not sleep with the noisy fan on in the room.

Dear Jacob, We are in receipt of your review where you relayed your constructive feedback and can't agree with you more on your fair observation with regards to the rooms being in need of renovation. I have addressed the smell and noise issue to both, my Director of Engineering and the Director of Housekeeping in person and, moving forward, we...
