The staff was very helpful, answering several questions and providing recommendations. The hotel is nice, although - maybe because it's a conference hotel? - the hallways feel sort of labyrinth-like. Instead of longer hallways on the ground floor, there were several twists and turns to get anywhere. The room was a little larger than I expected, which I appreciated. Comfortable bed and very little noise carrying between rooms. One thing I would change is the dining options. Everything - restaurant, bar, breakfast - is in the hotel next door, and while there are indoor hallways and a concourse to get there without going outside, it's still not close by. It's made worse by the fact that there isn't much surrounding the hotel, so if you're tired and don't want to drive several minutes to another eatery, your options are limited. I recently checked in at this Holiday Inn and my first interaction was with Anate. I was really impressed with the way she dealt with my check in. Warm and friendly service. I was asked what was my preference a king size bed with a sofa bed or two queen y as I was travelling with kids. I was also given complementary breakfast the next day. Would definitely recommend to all and I will be coming back for some great hospitality.

I'm Posting this review because of the poor customer service of your front desk and Sales team. deplorable customer service and it is sad that you did not even let me finish my inquiry I got transferred right away to the front desk and the front desk then transferred me to an IHG booking agent. Sales. First what happens to the good morning thank you for calling Holiday inn Express this is sales my name is .........Rude sale agent, not even a good morning, or what can I help you with? The front desk had the wrong information from sales about how my name went from Joseph to Tom. the most upsetting part is that the front desk put me on hold instead of letting me know I was getting transferred to a booking agent when I really need it to speak to the hotel directly. I write like this because I work for IHG and Holiday Inn for many years and as an AGM and Operations Manager for their Hotels this is really poor customer service and not acceptable. if your employees are having a bad day is not the customer fall.…

I booked through Sams club travel. Shame on them. Shame on Holiday inn express. Shame on Crown plaza. I pulled into an empty parking lot (following GPS instructions). Walked to the entrance with luggage in tow to find a note about Covid 19 and that this entrance is closed. Directions were given to the “Crown plaza” entrance with ABSOLUTELY NO explanation that you are actually booked with the Crown plaza hotel. The note also claimed it tried to notify you. I drove back on the main road to a completely separate exit to find the crown plaza hotel and parking. My reservations, however, were at the holiday inn express so I kept driving. 40 minutes later in desperation I went to the Crown plaza check-in. After waiting almost 10 minutes for someone to show up I was told that due to Covid and lack of business the holiday inn had closed almost TWO YEARS AGO but they continue to accept reservations for the holiday inn express (at the crown plaza). While this might seem like an upgrade I wasn’t impressed, the room was dark, worn and I was tired and irritated for the run-around and TERRIBLE communication and directions. I went back to read the “fine print” on my Sams club reservation. The only thing I could find was “This property is managed by a professional host.” Would that make you think you’re staying at a different hotel with a different exit? VERY POOR communication on IHG’s part! One star for Sams, one star for holiday inn express and one star for crown plaza. Ridiculous.What the hell are you thinking? You really think this is the way to win customers over?…

I typically stay at Holiday Inn Express when I travel. This was another good hotel. Breakfast was fine. Bed was tolerable although all of the pillows were soft. My only grip is that the advertisement was misleading. I recognized that the hotel was connected to the Crown Plaza and Convention Center. However, the advertising made it seem that the exercise room and pool were actually in the Holiday Inn Express not the Crown Plaza.

I stayed here for business for a few days. Nice clean room, friendly staff but there is no room service nor restaurants you can walk to so if I arrive late at night you have to order pizza or some sort. There is no convenient store or grocery store near by either.

Collocated with a conference center and Crown Plaza Hôtel. Beautiful location near the Princeton campus. Check in was very easy, accommodating and the cookies were delicious. Room was fresh and clean. Ate in bar and the food was excellent. Steak topped with blue cheese was outstanding. Bartender was skilled and friendly. Daily accommodated out drink preferences. Large pool and hot tub in Crown Plaza as well as workout room. We liked access to these but if mobility is an issue, stay in Crown Plaza. I am recommending Holiday Inn Express after three outstanding stays in the last month at three different sites. Room had fridge, microwave, and coffee maker.

We had to stay a night out of our home as water was shut off for repair. We decided to stay here as it close to home. Hotel was ok, smooth check in, our room was at the end of the hallway. The rooms were not upgraded like other holiday inn I have stayed. Bed was very firm but ok for overnight comfortable sleep. Breakfast was good, had few options that me and kids liked. Not bad for the price we paid. Only bad thing is they charge your card twice, once when you check in ($50 above your quoted rate) and then once again at check out ( your quoted rate) and then auto refund the money they charges at check in.

Priceline.com, I think it should be shared that Priceline.com is not the great company they claim to be. I booked with them the other day and the room charge for one night was 118.97 so it was declared booked. After I arrived at the hotel they took my information and gave me a room. The next morning they gave me my invoice and I checked out. After I returned home and received my credit card statement I had 2 charges, one for 118.97 from Princeline.com and one from the hotel for 104.63 (14.34 dollars less then Priceline). After calling both parties to see where the mistake was made the hotel told me I going to have it out with Priceline since they did not notify the hotel of the reservation and the hotel staff thought I was a walk in guess. After returning to Priceline to discuss it further they told me they would now fix the issue with the hotel and give them a card to make a new charge which will eventually will end up creating a refund from the hotel for the charge of 104.63 to my card. SO I asked them what about the difference and inconvenience. They said simply that they respect my choice if I should not use them again, and they would not be going any further than notifying the hotel or sharing with other departments to take any action and that actually the hotel made the mistake of telling me the negociated price from Priceline. Then the girl said have a good sir goodbye! So please be aware of these online services because in my experience they are bad.…

It's in a very pretty, secluded area but very convenient to US-1 (and especially Princeton Hospital where we were visiting a relative). The room was spacious, clean, and quiet with very comfortable beds. The breakfast area was very nice with plenty of room and good food. The only con is that our room was very far away from the main part of the hotel so there was a lot of walking. Would definitely return if in the area again.
